-No glitter, confetti, or other mess-prone decorations.
No Smoking:
-Absolutely no smoking or vaping indoors.
-Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
-A $250 cleaning fee applies for any indoor smoking.
Pets (if applicable):
-Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival.
-Please clean up after your pet inside and outside.
-Pets must not be left unattended unless crated.
-Keep pets off furniture and beds.
Prohibited Activities:
-No large parties/events, or unauthorized gatherings.
-No illegal substances or activities on the property.
-No unregistered overnight guests.
Safety & Security:
-Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
-Do not tamper with safety equipment (e.g., smoke detectors, fire extinguisher).
Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately.
Communication:
-Contact us anytime via the Airbnb app or phone for assistance.

The dwelling was clean and cozy, well worth the price. Very comfortable space and communication from management was excellent. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

The stay was very pleasant and the access was great. There was a store a few steps from the property and food places everywhere. I enjoyed it was mad because I couldn’t extend and have to find somewhere else to go.

We had a good stay at this property! The apartment was very nice, modern and clean. The communication with the owner was excellent. They very quickly fixed a small problem that we had. Our only challenge was that the apartment is on the corner of a busy avenue so the street noise felt loud to our quiet suburban ears. City dwellers won’t bat an eye.
