Location was great, easy walking to various places, public transportation and perfect location close to downtown. The place was clean and quiet. Very nice to come back to at the end of a long day. I would stay there again.
It appeared messages are ran through AI or some chat bot. That was not a nice experience. The steps were narrow and steep and the steps start at both the bottom and top door entrances with no landing. It took about 2 weeks to get the parking and early check in resolved and confirmed. Parking spot #3 had unmaintained vegetation and when you park your vehicle it may leave scratches with the branches that are overhanging. Automated message after my stay said " When you have a moment, leave us a 5 ⭐️ review for a special surprise!" Not a fan of being asked for a 5 star review for "Special Surprise". I would hope they would appreciate honest feedback.
