I like the environment, very clean ,quiet, and well protected 👌 it's a good place to visit whenever I go to plymouth again I will definitely visit the place I love it , the house it's so clean and everything is well arranged and organise,it's a good place to visit trust me . All the facilities were as advertised and the on-site staff were delightful.
There was kettle in the room (the booking said there were 'tea facilities in the room' I assumed this included a kettle... I was mistaken.
The door-sized window has a tiny latch and was not secure at all. Wouldn't recommend leaving any valubles unsupervised and I did not feel safe at night.

I didn't meet the staff because it all done by code at the doors. The room was basic but clean. A nice quiet area and not to far from everything
The bathroom could do with a little upgrade. I only paid £83 for 2 nights so I can't complain
