Appartement refait à neuf, tout confort, tout équipé, deux grandes chambres. Décoration soignée. Situé à 800 mètres du centre ville de Concarneau et de la ville close (tous commerces). Très calme. Séjour très agréable.
Prévenir que l'appartement est situé en hauteur (en haut d'un escalier assez pentu), pour les personnes ayant des difficultés de mobilité. Eau tiède, mais signalé à la conciergerie, donc devrait être rapidement réglé.
