We spent a week in this very cute and cosy apartment. It's well equipped with everything necessary and located right in the city centre - from the window you can see the market place, the Ville Close and the sea. Everything necessary is nearby (parking spaces, supermarkets, restaurants,...). Frédéric and Annabelle have been very nice and helpful during the booking process in advance and during our stay. We can absolutely recommend this apartment - for 2 people.

Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour. Ce petit appartement est sobrement decoré, simplement élégant. Bien équipé. L'attention des propriétaires en laissant tout le nécessaire pour démarrer le séjour sans avoir besoin de courir au supermarché nous a beaucoup touché. C'est idéalement situé pour découvrir Concarneau mais aussi cette chaleureuse et magnifique région. Nous reviendrons c'est certain. Nous vous souhaitons de très belles vacances

Sehr netter Empfang durch Frederic trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten, der uns beide Koffer mal schnell in den 3.stock trug . Die Wg war groß mit separatem WC , mit viel Staumöglichkeiten und sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Die Wg liegt sehr zentral gegenüber der Burg und neben dem La Admiral. Entgegen der Prospektbeschreibung hatte es allerdings nur seitlichen Meerblick . Wie mit dem Abfall zu verfahren ist war leider nicht ganz klar . Es wäre empfehlenswert dies auch in englisch aufzuschreiben und genauer zu erklären, wann, wie, wo . Ansonsten vielen Dank an Frederic für den gemütlichen und schönen Aufenthalt!

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Concarneau avec mes 2 enfants dans cet appartement. Points + : L'appartement était propre , bien agencé, des rangements pratiques à l'étage. Beaucoup de prises de courant. Linge de maison et de toilette fourni donc appréciable. Bonne situation géographique en plein centre de Concarneau. Calme avec une belle vue et tout ce qu'il faut en brochures touristiques. Points à améliorer : La box ne fonctionnait pas donc pas de wifi pendant le séjour. Pas d'eau chaude le soir (l'hiver ce serait appréciable), la hotte est bruyante la nuit quand le vent souffle. L'isolation du salon serait à revoir (petit renfoncement au niveau du canapé lit où l'air passe).

Tout d'abord, nous tenons à remercier Fréderic qui nous a accordé un très bel accueil. Le logement est très bien situé, proche du vieux centre, du port, mais également du GR. Vous pourrez profiter de tous les avantages, sans avoir à ressortir votre véhicule quotidiennement (emplacements gratuits en bas de l'immeuble, mais aussi à la mairie et à la gare). Cependant, nous avons été déçu de certains aspects du logement. Oui, l'appartement est bien équipé (lave linge et sèche linge, lave vaisselle, linge de maison très appréciable) mais la propreté laissait à désirer... La chambre ne semblait pas nettoyée, tout comme le lavabo et la douche de la salle de bains. Idem pour les WCS. Le logement étant assez onéreux, nous aurions aimé un soin plus important au ménage. Peut être un peu plus de couverts serait la bienvenue (4 couverts...) ainsi qu'une vraie literie...
