Les équipements, la localisation, le balcon, la luminosité, la déco, le personnel, la propreté, la douche, beaux volumes etc... Globalement quasi tout !
Le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait correct au vu des prix de Concarneau, mais avec la location des draps et serviette (20 euros par lit) il faut penser à rajouter ça au prix donc bon. Après ce n'est pas excessif mais tout de même à prendre en compte. Quelques odeurs d'égout provenant de la salle de bain et verrou de celle-ci qui fonctionne plus ou moins, peu pratique. Un thé vert était à disposition mais des dosettes de café allant avec la machine auraient été les bienvenues !

Le soir entre 23h et Minuit il y a un café au coin de la rue et ca parle très fort !!!! que l'on entend de la chambre
