Wohnung sauber, geräumig und ruhig. Das Haus selbst ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, allerdings ist die Parkplatzsuche jeden Tag spannend. Meist haben wir aber schnell in der Nähe einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Küche gut ausgestattet. Vermieterin ist nett und Kontakt war unkompliziert. Wifi funktioniert gut. Wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet und liegt zentrumsnah in einer dennoch ruhigen Wohnstraße. Alles was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. So lassen sich 2 1/2 Wochen dort gut verbringen. Das Finistère konnten wir von hier aus gut erkunden. Da die Wohnung im zweiten Obergeschoss liegt, kann man nachts das Fenster offen lassen, was sehr angenehm ist. Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer in einer der Seitenstraßen gefunden. Der Kontakt zu Mme. Pauly war sehr angenehm. Fragen wurden umgehend und professionell beantwortet. Die gesamte Abwicklung war unkompliziert. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, Meer und Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Sie ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und bietet für zwei Personen viel Platz. Die Dusche verfügt über guten Wasserdruck, und wir hatten insgesamt alles, was wir brauchten. Dass das Haus relativ hellhörig ist, und das WC etwas klein, hat uns daher nicht sehr gestört.

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir uns für die zwei Wochen gewünscht hatten: optimale Lage zur Innenstadt (Einkauf/Restaurants) ebenso wie zum Hafen und den Stränden. Vor allem aber auch ideal gelegen für Tagesausflüge. Und man freut sich, wenn man abends in "sein" Zuhause zurückkehrt - bestens ausgestattet, gemütlich und mit einem sehr gemütlichem und erholsamen Bett.

Die Wohnung von Frau Pauly liegt sehr zentral in Concarneau. Alle Geschäfte sowie die Ville Close sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben hier alles gefunden, was in der Beschreibung und auf den Fotos zu sehen und zu lesen ist. Frau Pauly ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die telefonisch und per email immer zu erreichen ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle prestation au cœur de la cité. Nous avons pu profité du festival des Filets Bleus. Seule la rareté du stationnement gratuit pour notre véhicule (que nous n'avons pas beaucoup utilisé) est resté un petit soucis. Location à recommander...
