It was a clean appartment and quite well situated. Very easy to get in and out. Bed comfortable. Good value for money.

Could not find a washing machine. A little cold but likely the way of things in winter in Concarneau. Bedroom and bathroom had heaters so warm enough. WIFI code was a problem as too many confusing letters/numbers - took a while to get in right.

bien dans l'ensemble....le confort, la proximité du center ville, la réactivité aux quelques prolèmes pratiques rencontés . La ville de COCARNEAU est acceuillante et pleine de surpries interssantes.

Confortable et agréable. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville. L'appartement est bien conçu avec un aménagement de très bon goût et fonctionnel. Au niveau des équipements il ne manque rien et l'appartement était hyper propre.

Helles, modernes und freundliches Apartment, moderne & neuwertige Einrichtung. Eine große Wohnküche mit Küchenblock, Tisch für 4 & einem großen Sofa, Schlafzimmer mit franz Doppelbett und Stauraum. Etwas kleines Bad, mit großzügiger Dusche. Babysessel vorhanden. Apartment liegt im 1. Stock in einem Wohnhaus der 60er/70er Jahre, alles sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Parkplatz im Hof vorhanden. Lage: in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel ca. 200m vom Hafen und ca. 300m von Ville close entfernt. Tolle Boulangerie ca. 200m entfernt, Les Halles ca. 250m entfernt. Alle Fenster gehen in den Hof und Aussicht in die umliegenden Gärten, äußerst ruhiges Viertel, wenig Autoverkehr. Gastgeberin bei einem WiFi-Problem via SMS erreichbar & sehr hilfsbereit. Zugang und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos

Duschvorhang - aber auf Grund der Größe der Dusche nicht wirklich ein Thema!!

l'appartement est situé au cœur de la ville, l'endroit était calme du moins le mois de notre location (mars). Les commerces et la mer sont très proches, nous avons réalisé tous nos déplacements à pied
