The kitchen, bathroom and living area was very nice However, there was no iron (though the owner did agree to my buying one and she would then reimburse me) and we couldn't find a working fan which meant we had to leave the windows open at night. We were badly bitten by mosquitoes. We had not been informed there were 50 stairs to climb to access the flat and that parking was some distance away Sadly, we decided to leave two nights erly because of this. I am sure this property would suit a younger couple. We had informed the owner that we were in our 60s. So, after 5.5 hour drive we were somewhat disappointed. Sorry to Dominique for having to write this.

Très bon séjour d’une semaine dans le studio. Appartement propre, fonctionnel, avec lave vaisselle et machine à laver. Un vrai plus. Très bon accueil de Sandra et contact de Dominique. Appartement proche de tout. A à peine dix minutes à pied de la vieille ville. Je recommande pour des vacances ou quelques jours pour un couple souhaitant passer un très bon moment dans cette belle région.

Le contact avec Christian le propriétaire est excellent, il est très sympathique et arrangeant. Idem pour Sandra qui se charge de l'accueil, elle est tout simplement adorable et se plie en quatre pour aider les vacanciers. Le logement se situe à deux pas de la ville close et est très propre. Le lit, de bonne qualité.

Troisième étage sans ascenseur, des travaux dans les appartements des 1er et 2eme étage. Appartement poussiéreux (sisal au sol de la pièce de vie). Cuisine et salle de bain en apparence correctes, mais à l'usage la douche a des fuites à tous les raccords. De plus le téléviseur n'a plus de son après 1/4h de fonctionnement et nécessite une pose d'environ 10mn avant de reprendre (pour 15mn). Tellement déçus que arrivés le samedi nous sommes repartis le lundi.

L'appartement est très bien équipé. La cuisine comporte tout ce dont on besoin. La salle d'eau est spacieuse, le coin nuit est séparé ce qui est appréciable. La literie est très correcte. Le propriétaire est accueillant. Le parking à proximité se fait facilement (même en période estivale). Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Idéalement situé : à 2 minutes du centre ville, moins de 10 minutes de la plage. Grand parking gratuit à proximité. A découvrir ou redécouvrir sans hésitation et sans modération. Un propriétaire super sympa.

séjour du 02/07/2016 au 16 juillet 2016 : accueil chaleureux de la part du propriétaire appartement confortable situé dans un petit immeuble tranquille situé idéalement à deux pas du centre ville. parfait pour une famille avec 2 enfants tout le confort nécessaire à l'intérieur excellent rapport qualité / prix le petit plus : le parking gratuit de la gare situé à 50 mètres.

Appartement propre et très bien situé, proche de la ville, des commerces, de la plage et de la ville close. Nous avons bien apprécié de ne pas avoir besoin de la voiture pour nous déplacer dans tout ce périmètre. Le propriétaire, pourtant n'habitant pas sur place, à gentiment tenu à venir nous saluer. Conclusion : nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
