This was a perfect appartement for our short autumn break in the heart of Concarneau. Parking was secure and for my young dog there was an equally secure and private garden. Everything was provided, and we had a excellent holiday.

Comfortable apartment with nice secure private garden which was ideal for our toddler. Ideal for us as small family, would be good for 4, may be a squash for 6! Everything provided (we paid extra for linen) was good quality and nice to use. Kitchen had everything needed too. A couple of other reviews have mentioned noise - it is an apartment in a block in the middle of town! If you prefer silence, book something in the middle of the country... We didn't find the noise excessive even with windows open - with shutters closed it wasn't noticeable at all. Also the noise proofing from within the block is much better than you would get in UK - there was no internal noise from properties above at all. All in all, it was lovely and we.would happily return.

Haben 7 Tage schöne Tage in der zentral gelegenen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Besonders gut hat unserem kleinen Hund der eingezäunte Garten gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder!

Cet appartement au rez-de-chaussée avec jardin privatif est très agréable et très bien équipé. Situé à 10 minutes à peine de la ville close, nous avons pu partager l'effervescence de la ville et la quiétude de la résidence. Accueil très sympathique de la part de la personne qui nous a fait visiter le logement et échanges agréables avec le propriétaire. En bref, nous recommandons

Fonctionnel, très bien équipé et idéalement situé dans Concarneau (avec une place de parking, c'est un plus), et Concarneau est idéalement situé pour rayonner vers Quimper, Pont Aven.., Appartement à 5 minutes de la côte et du centre ville, de la ville close...à pieds bien sûr. Hyper pratique! et bien sûr c'est très beau! et en plus accueil agréable!

Es hat fast alles gepassst. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte eine gute Lage. Leider kam in den Innenhof jetzt fast keine Sonne, so dass man die Terrasse kaum nutzen konnte.Ein Wunsch an den Vermieter wäre, wenigstens ein deutsch oder englischsprachiges Fernsehprogramm einzustellen, damit man wenigstens die Nachrichten anschauene könnte.

Heerlijk huis met een perfecte ligging

In de zomer is het hier heerlijk vertoeven. Het huis zelf blijft redelijk koel en de tuin heeft deels een overkapping en een parasol, zodat je zelf kunt kiezen of je in de zon of in de schaduw wilt zitten. Binnen heb je heel veel tot je beschikking; wasmachine en wasrek (handig voor de mondkapjes in deze tijd) aanwezig, net als strijkijzer met plank, haardroger, magnetron, oven, vaatwasser en zelfs 2 soorten koffiezetapparaten. Er stonden zelfs veel spullen voor bij aankomst, zoals koffie, wc papier, keukenpapier, beetje kruiden, handzeep en afwasmiddel en dergelijke voor tijdelijk gebruik zodat je niet zonder zit als je niet de gelegenheid hebt gehad om direct boodschappen te doen. Ik was blij verrast. Ook aan kinderen wordt gedacht met veel spelletjes, dvd speler, babybad, een beetje speelgoed voor buiten en goede wifi. De ligging van het huisje is perfect; in maar 5 a 7 minuten lopen ben je aan de kust met diverse strandjes of in het gezellige centrum en de Ville Close. Contact met de eigenaar was top. Snelle reacties en altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Als ik al een minpuntje moet verzinnen, dan is het het matras van het 2 persoonsbed waarop ik niet zo fijn lag vanwege een kuil aan 1 kant, maar ik heb er alle vertrouwen in dat de eigenaar dit op zal lossen. Kortom wij hebben er een top vakantie gehad en komen er graag nog een keer.
