Location plus que correcte personne très accueillante Location bien située trottoir à traverser pour être à la plage nickel avec des enfants, cependant à pieds comptez 3 kms aller et 3 kms retour pour aller à la ville close mais par la côte très agréable Logement nickel bien équipé manque un four mais on s adapte manque également des rideaux ou volets aux deux fenêtres celle de la cuisine et entrée. Et dernier petit point négatif le chauffage peu être limite vu la taille de la pièce à vivre. Sinon rien à redire je recommande courrete permettant de rentrer la voiture. Coin super ville magnifique.

Petite maison bien placée, bon contact avec la propriétaire MAIS... avons dû repartir 48h après notre arrivée pour cause de confinement national. Le chèque du solde a été encaissé rapidement par la propriétaire sans proposition de dédommagement, j'aurais apprécié un geste commercial en cette période exceptionnelle pour tout le monde.

la maison n'est pas SUR la plage comme le signifie l'annonce.On ne voit as la mer .Pas d'ouvertures sur l'extérieur :une chambre avec vitre verre dépoli et belle grande fenêtre dans la cuisine MAIS qui est face à un mur. SB à refaire .Donc trop cher pour ce qui est "offert" .Dommage ,la décoration est jolie.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im September in Concarneau in diesem charmanten Ferienhäuschen. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr gefallen hat uns auch der überdachte Freisitz, wo man selbst bei Regen im Freien sitzen kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Objekt jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Bei der Ankunft roch es feucht, durch Lüften haben wir den Geruch reduzieren können. Fühlten uns in dem Wohnbereich sehr wohl, liebevoll dekoriert. Geschirr/Gläser müssten mal erneuert/aufgestockt werden. Fast alle Teller waren abgeschlagen bzw. abgenutzt. Die Klobürste haben wir erneuert. Der Duschvorhang hätte es auch nötig gehabt. Man muss sehr klein sein, um sich im Spiegel sehen zu können. Man konnte aber die Haare im Schlafzimmer föhnen, es gab dort auch einen Spiegel. Der Strand war nur über die Straße erreichbar, das war toll. In den Ort ging man 20 min, durch die Stadt (grüner Weg) oder an der Uferstraße 30 min. Hunde sind am Strand nicht erlaubt. Es gibt keinen Bäcker in der Nähe. Auf der gleichen Straße, in der die Wohnung liegt, gibt es einen 4-Sterne-Campingplatz, dort gibt es Baguette, von dort hat man auch einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Man kann dort auch essen gehen oder nur etwas trinken. Concarneau ist einer der schönsten Orte in der Bretagne (nach unserem Empfinden).

Avons passé une très belle semaine. La location est bien équipée et bien située, en face de la mer. De nombreuses visites à faire autour de Concarneau (la ville close, Pont Aven, pointe de la Torche...), que de beaux sites à voir ! Avec en prime le soleil toute la semaine ! (Fin mars). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der schöne Sandstrand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (es muss nur die Straße überquert werden - die Straße hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört - es war ruhig). Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig (mit Waschmaschine)! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge! Mit den gemieteten Fahrrädern konnten wir die Innenstadt über die Küstenstraße in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Angemessenes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns gut erholt!

Mit dieser Bewertung möchten wir unsere persönliche Meinung ausdrücken und mit unserer Kritik zu einer Verbesserung beitragen, jedoch niemandem schaden. Wir verbringen unseren Sommerurlaub nun schon seit über 14 Jahren in diversen Ferienhäusern in Frankreich am Meer. Dieses Objekt hatte von allen mit Abstand das schlechteste Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Beschreibung des Objektes ist an sich korrekt, verschweigt aber, dass das Objekt direkt an einer gut befahrenen Straße, ca. 20 Meter von einem Kreisverkehr und einer am Abend gut besuchten Bar liegt. Somit fahren die Autos und Motorräder einem quasi direkt durchs Wohnzimmer und auch durch das zweite Zimmer. Daher war dieses zweite Zimmer, mit einem kniehohen Fenster zur Straße hin, keine Ausweichoption zu der für unsere Rücken nicht guten Matratze im eigentlichen Schlafzimmer. Oftmals sammeln sich im teilweise überdachten Hof vor allem die Abgase der vorbei knatternden Zweitakt-Mopeds. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer ist für Menschen über einer Körpergröße von 1,60 m nicht zu benutzen, ohne sich unter die Dachschräge beugen zu müssen. Sehr unbequem.Ob Duschvorhänge noch zeitgemäß sind, mag jeder für sich entscheiden, unserer Meinung nach jedoch nicht. Das Dachfenster im Bad könnte auch mit einem Sonnenschutz ausgestattet werden, um damit positiv auf die Raumtemperatur im Objekt einzuwirken. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche lässt aus unserer Sicht zu wünschen übrig. Daher können wir die guten Bewertungen die bisher zu lesen sind keinesfalls nachvollziehen. Diese Kritikpunkte sind natürlich im Verhältnis des hohen Preises und damit entsprechender Erwartungen zu sehen. Dieses Objekt liegt preislich für drei Wochen Mietdauer auf Platz zwei aller von uns in den letzten Jahren gebuchten Ferienhäuser. Dabei kann es bei weitem nicht mit den Anderen mithalten, weder an Ausstattung noch mit der Lage. Nach der Hälfte des Urlaubes sind wir auf einen nahegelegenen Campingplatz in ein besser ausgestattetes Mobile-Home umgezogen. Der einzige Lichtblick war das Angebot der netten Vermieter für ein kostenloses Wlan.

Encore merci aux propriétaires sympathiques qui nous reçoivent très chaleureusement avec une bouteille de cidre dans une petite maison entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. Les ustensiles de cuisine sont complets et la literie parfaite. Le quartier est très calme et la plage à côté (il suffit juste de traverser la rue) Nous reviendrons et nous recommandons cette petite maison à 2 pas de la plage.
