I enjoyed the private fenced backyard and the little gas fire pit. The rooms were nice and the heater was very efficient at keeping the house warm despite the cold outside. The hosts were very gracious and easy to talk to through the app. I also enjoyed that the location was so close to both the historic downtown and the newer downtown. Would definitely consider staying again if I were to revisit the area.

I liked the location and it was quiet. The rooms were all spacious and nice; the beds were comfortable; the kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. There were little extras like snacks, water, coffee. The TV and wifi worked well.
We had to go through 3 key combinations and then finally use the lock box to get in. That was a lot of texting to owners. It would have been nicer if we could have gotten in on the first try! Also the water in the shower was brown. I do not know if that was due to recent water issues in Manitou Springs or if that is always the case.
