Vibrant Watermelon - Hot Tub, BBQ-Grill, King-Bed, Backyard, Parking

let me start off by saying it was very clean and very cozy. Perfect view, less than 3 minutes from anything you need.

nothing comes to mind, I mean it was awesome!

The location was great and close to the places we wanted to visit. The size of the house was great. We enjoyed the open floor plan and kitchen layout. The hot tub was awesome!

We had some issues with the Wi-Fi and I had a zoom meeting I needed to attend. I ended up doing it on my phone so it was ok.

The place had really comfortable bedding and beds and provided lots of extras like coffee and creamer and all sorts of condiments. They even had waters and a few snacks already there. They also provide everything you need including shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap etc. They had a nice back patio where you can eat or read. The best part was the location. You could walk to great restaurants or drive a short drive to the Old Colorado area which was full of interesting places to eat. Many of the local attractions such as garden of the gods, Cheyenne Mountain, Glen Eyrie, red rock Mountain and pikes peak are an easy drive away. The hiking at all of those was great! in case anyone is a swimmer, like us, the local Cheyenne Mountain high school pool, called Cheyenne Mountain aquatic center, is a great facility and is open to the public for lap swim on a daily basis and also has a masters team.

The bathroom was very clean and well equipped but was pretty small. It’s an old house, so that’s to be expected. It didn’t bother us at all.

The hot tub was nice, good water pressure in shower.

From the beginning, the Renjoy management company reached out with a 'back-up' combination for the door lock before we arrived. Neither worked, it took roughly 15 minutes and 2 more codes to finally get in. Food in dishwasher, broken patio screen door, blinds that due to an air conditioner vent only covered 3/4 of the window (not great for a woman). The house looked like a flip gone bad. It wasn't horrible, but we certainly would not recommend to anyone. I do believe Renjoy (management company) handled things well over texting with me, showing concern and quick to respond but still very disappointed in the stay. They offered to come out and fix the problems and I declined as nothing was horrible (other than not being able to get in) just very, very disappointed.
