In the commune of Surrain, in a pleasant rural setting, a stone house with a landscaped garden. Ideally located 5 km from the sea, near the American Cemetery (Omaha Beach), and 10 km from Bayeux.

The house includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160cm), and bedroom 2 (1 double bed that can be separated into two single beds, and 1 single bed).
