We had a rental car and the beaches, bayeux were both 10 mins away. Very nice quiet town. Owners are on site and very nice. Very quaint. Did laundry in Bayeux at a laundromat. Maybe take euros-it would not accept our card for some reason. Was a money machine nearby.

A little hard to find, but once we were there it was lovely. Host only speaks French, but we managed in writing.

This was the perfect place to explore the landing beaches and cemeteries from. It was so close to Bayeux, also a great town to explore. My kids loved the lofted area, calling it the kid lounge. The gated courtyard means my kids could run around and I didn’t have to worry about traffic. Added bonus- the large trampoline was a hit! Thank you!
