Perfectly located on Center Street Folly Beach. This front condo is modern, clean & has double doors that open to Center Street. A prime location just 1 block from beach. More than 20 shops, restaurants, & bars are right outside your door. PLEASE be aware that this property is nestled in the business district surrounded by restaurants & bars where our nightlife can be enjoyed & heard. Palms Luxe has 2 condos that share an adjoining porch. Great for families & a group wanting to enjoy the beach.

Loved this place! Very clean, excellent location and perfect for a small family. Even close to the nightlife - the apartment did a good job of filtering noise. A portable sound machine worked great to get my kids to sleep. Love that it’s above a brewery and close to the beach. Great stay! Our host was responsive, kind, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We truly felt at home and would not hesitate to book again.

Great place to stay. Right in the center of all of the action on Centre on Folly. Very fun to be above Revelry Bar. Host was very responsive and place was clean. Perfect for my wifes birthday where we were out until the bars closed.
