All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The pool area is closed in the off-season until the end of March.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We brought my wife's 86 year old grandmother to the beach to mark it off of her bucket list. This condo was perfect for her, my in-laws and my wife and I. We loved being right across the street from public beach access, a short drive away from the county park and walking distance to Folly Road. The condo was very clean and updated and made us right at home. It was also close enough to anything we wanted to do in the Charleston area, but far enough away from all the busyness of a big city. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was huge, clean, and had the perfect location! We could walk everywhere in town and to the beach! We loved our stay…highly recommend!
