Sleeping 8, this is bliss for city escapees, to enjoy the tranquillity of this magical spot. Whip up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen (American fridge freezer, ice maker, microwave, toaster) with large refectory table or BBQ outside on your private terrace with a stunning view of the church. Family friendly with books, games and child barriers on all stairs. Situated facing the quadrangle, this interesting conversion offers you an airy space & comfortable surroundings. Its trump card is the double height lounge area with bridged staircase access for the upper rooms.
You enter directly to the spacious living room, with its quirky mezzanine.
There is a large T.V. with British channels.
This spacious holiday home has a double bedroom and bathroom downstairs and a double and two singles and bathroom upstairs. There is a bath and two showers, hairdryer provided.
Washing machine and ironing facilities, bedlinen, towels and pool towels are included.
La Grange is a short stroll to the village of St Marcel du Perigord and close to all the treasures of the Dordogne. Walk in the 14 hectares of woodland (dogs are welcome) and enjoy the abundant wildflowers and butterflies, splash in the huge shared pool, play pétanque or just relax. There is a communal games area for ping pong, darts, badminton and weight machine. 24km from Bergerac airport. Come for castles, canoeing, truffles and tranquillity. Near to several golf courses.
