Typical Périgord farmhouse of 180m2 for 9 people with private and fenced park of 2000m2, electric gate, private swimming pool, heated, fenced and secure with alarm (7mx3.5m depth 1m40)
In a haven of peace in a green setting and only 100m from the village of Faux with all amenities (bakery, small supermarket, bar, hairdresser, farmer, mechanic....) and 8km from the medieval village of Issigeac very well known for its Sunday morning market with restaurants, bar, pharmacies, butcher.....).
The house consists of an entrance, equipped kitchen with dining room, living room, 3 bathrooms with 1 bathtub and 2 showers renovated, 5 bedrooms, terrace equipped with barbecue, children's games (children's hut, swing, slide, volleyball net and Ping pong table).

Cleaning Package Included, But you must leave the cottage clean and tidy as you found it on arrival.
