Affordable, good facilities and close to tube etc. comfortable bed and a great kitchen. Loads of teas provided if that’s your thing. Shower was good. Bathroom was good too.
The fan was a bit weak. No extraction in the shower. To be fair I stayed during a heatwave, if the weather was normal then everything would had been excellent. The area was a bit rough. But I walked though late at night and it was pretty quiet. I’m A country bumpkin though so the whole city is pretty rough to me!

Il monolocale è confortevole, buono il letto e i cuscini. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. In casa c'è un bollitore ed una buona scelta di the, camomilla e caffè. Silenzioso. Si riposa bene senza disturbi. ottimo se dovete andare all'O2 Academy!
Il palazzo non è in buone condizioni e quando arrivi ti fa temere un po' per lo studio che invece è pulito e fornito di tutto il necessario. La zona, alle spalle della via principale di Briixton, la sera non trasmette senso di sicurezza.

Unfortunately the people staying in the room next door was playing music at 2am and we couldn't sleep. The room was damp
