Had an great stay in this pousada, extremely attentive service, delicious breakfast and prime views

The breakfast was served every morning by the property owner, who is married to a great cook. We had freshly brewed coffee, homemade yogurt, cakes made with the surplus fruit from the garden and eggs cooked to perfection. The house is very well located, providing us with stunning views of the sea and island. The communication with the hosts was great, they are very friendly and always ready to share the best tips on the island´s restaurants.

Tough to pin down something I disliked, maybe they could just ensure the windows have more efficient covers to isolate the light that comes in the morning.

The view and the host are incredible!

Gabriela is not only the owner but the person who will make you feel at home, she makes sure your time there is unforgettable. Breakfast was also really nice as Gabriela will prepare some home made food for you( cheese’s, cakes) Obrigado Gabriela e todo o sucesso do mundo!

the property is amazing ! it’s so pretty with the most perfect view of the sea, just wonderful !! the breakfast was handmade every day, it was absolutely delicious and so fresh! Gabriela is always available to help us enjoy our stay and make it as perfect as she can, an absolute angel ! really loved this property and everything that came with it ! if you’re planning a trip to Ilha grande you should definitely come to see Gabriela !

Amazing views and breakfast!

Everything was wonderful here! The location and view are very special, and Gabriela was responsive and proactive in communicating with us ahead of our stay to make sure we got the correct boat. She also organised an extra, small boat to bring us closer to the pousada because the pier was damaged in a storm when we visited. She met us straight off the boat and was so warm and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was exceptional with delicious, homemade bread and cakes, and eating on the terrace with the beautiful view was a really special experience. The room is spacious, clean and well-designed. The little kitchen is useful and well-equipped. We also tried the frozen pie one evening and these were tasty. Can't recommend enough! Thank you for a wonderful experience. Oh, and the cat Marisco is suuuuuper cute!

Wonderful placed

Lucas and Gabriella made a wondeful spot on this island. It is a less touristic part of Ilha Grande and great for hiking as well as relaxing in their garden or on one of te beaches. The breakfast was homemade and sitting on 'the grande table' you easily connect with other guests. The bed was very comfortable and the small kitchen gives you the possibility to cook your own dinner (bring fresh stuff from Angro dos Reis with you as the local supermarket does not have any fresh vegetables). Worth a visit!

I was there in low season (beginning of May, Monday to Thursday) and places to go out for dinner were closed very early or closed at all

Some days in Ilha grande

The island is very nice, host are giving a lot of guidance and advise. The breakfast is a plus, it's very good and a lot of different homemade products. The outside area is very nice.

Beautiful beachside property with a delicious breakfast, helpful hosts and a friendly cat!

Pretty much 10/10 across the board to be honest! Wonderful friendly hosts, beautiful setting, delicious breakfast every morning (with home made yoghurt and cake!), free Netflix in every room, 3 mins walk from the beach and a very sweet cat too. 8 mins from the ferry terminal, and we were met on arrival to help bring our bags up too which was a lovely touch. The beach itself is beautiful and surprisingly quiet, but has 4 or 5 very good restaurants on it too. There are ample cooking facilities and a brand spanking new bbq area if you feel like cooking at home. A 20 minute walk from the home takes you to another very private beach, and just past that you can go snorkelling with turtles in Lagoa Verde. Would recommend this place to anyone, a very special and beautiful spot!

Very pleasant stay! Love the part of the island. Accomodation was clean and new. Lovely breakfast made by the owner on the porch with sea view. Close to the beach and almost in the forest 🤍 We actually saw a dolphins from the porch!

Relax e pace immersi nel verde con una vista incantevole.

La posizione è vicina al mare. Ha una vista spettacolare e una veranda dove trascorrere il tempo in pieno relax. L’imbarcazione ti porta ad Araçatiba ma Gabriela (host dell’alloggio) ti indica come arrivare prenotandoti un’imbarcazione privata fino al molo sotto l’appoggio. Ti senti a casa, lei é favolosa e cordiale.

Essendo immerso nella foresta potresti trovare in camera qualche insetto. Nulla di grave. Anche lì basta avvisare Gabriela.

Un paraiso en la isla

El lugar es un sueño. Esta bien ubicado y tiene una vista al mar privilegiada. Los dueños, Gabriela y Lucas son muy atentos, estan en todos los detalles y eso se nota en el esmero que le ponen en todo. Desyuno muy rico, variado y abundante Lugar para recomendar. Volveremos!!!

Die Gastgeber sind äusserst herzlich. Die Anlage ist traumhaft, die Bilder täuschen keineswegs. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut durchdacht. Gabriela hat uns klar über die Anreise informiert und ist jeder Zeit für Fragen zur Verfügung (Anwort auf WhatsApp innerhalb ganz kurzer Zeit). Das Frühstück war auch super, ich würde jederzeit mit Freude wiederkommen

Eu gostei de absolutamente tudo, toda a estrutura da pousada é super aconchegante e nos traz a sensação de estar em um lugar único e com uma experiência incrível! A proprietária nos faz sentir em casa com muito carinho e cuidado o tempo todo, tornou nossa estadia mais tranquila e bem mais prazerosa. Sobre a rocha se tornou meu novo lugar favorito no mundo.

Dias perfeitos em Araçatiba

A pousada é muito tranquila, confortável e limpa. A localização foi perfeita, a 1 minuto da praia e ao mesmo tempo super reservada, integrada com a natureza. A Gabi e o Lucas são ótimos anfitriões, ajudando inclusive no agendamento dos passeios, e a Isabel muito querida e atenciosa. O café da manhã estava ótimo e o ambiente facilitava muito a troca com os outros hóspedes. Com certeza voltarei. Muito obrigada!

Maravillosas vacaciones

No puedo elegir qué fue lo mejor, si la vista al mar, el desayuno increíble, la amabilidad de Gabriela y Lucas... Todo fue maravilloso! El desayuno casero, todos los días algo diferente y hecho con cariño, los consejos acertados de qué visitar cada día, la comodidad de contar con sillas de playa a disposición, el alquiler de snorkels, los juegos de caja (para el único día de lluvia, nos salvó la tarde con una niña pequeña), la coordinación de botes para ir hasta el muelle principal, la comunicación antes y durante la estadía, todo diez puntos.. recomendable 100% si se busca un lugar comfortable, tranquilo para estar en Ilha Grande. Estamos esperando poder volver!

Calma, naturaleza y relax. Un lugar ideal para tu descanso en Ilha Grande.

El espacio es precioso. Zonas comunes para los huéspedes en medio de la naturaleza. Todo muy limpio y muy cuidado. Con mucha atención en cada detalle. Es una pousada pequeña por lo que recibes una atención personalizada. Los propietarios, Gabriela y Lucas, son muy amables y muy atentos. El cuarto es simple pero tiene todo lo que necesitas para una estancia excelente en la isla. Tienes baño privado en la habitación, cocinita y nevera. Y una mesita y sillas tanto dentro de la habitación como afuera. El desayuno es muy completo: frutas, quesos, jamon york, pan casero, huevos revueltos, bizcochos caseros, jugo de frutas recién hecho, cafe, etc

Top-Frühstück in unglaublich schöner Lage Sympatische, hilfsbereite und kompetente Vermieter. Da aus unseren 5 geplanten Übernachtungen infolge Flugausfall nur 1 Nacht verblieb, konnten wir danach (in anderer Untetkunft) noch 2x das Frühstück geniessen/nachholen. Excelente ubicación, vistas muy lindas tanto al mar como al jardín. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. La habitación tiene cocina, mesa y sillas. Habían sillas de playa, sombrilla, toallas para la playa, etc lo que permite una estancia más cómoda. El desayuno muy rico, todo casero. Muy buena disposición de Gaby y su pareja para resolver cualquier duda y aconsejar traslados.

Oase van rust

De locatie! Hele mooie omgeving, met genoeg plekjes om ook lekker te zitten bij de Pousada. Je bent zo op het strand. Als je de rustige kant van Ilha Grande wil ontdekken, met toch genoeg te doen in de buurt (ook goede restaurantjes), dan is dit de plek. Gabriele en Lucas zijn superaardig en behulpzaam, en het ontbijt is heerlijk. Er is een volle minibar bij aankomst.

De badkamer wordt redelijk nat als je doucht. De wc blijft een beetje een geur houden vanuit de riolering, maar dat is een miniem probleem.

Lovely peaceful stay!

Het buitengedeelte van de pousada was werkelijk magisch. We genoten elke ochtend van een uitgebreid ontbijt met een prachtig uitzicht. In de ochtendzon rustig een boek lezen op de gezellige buitenzitjes was pure ontspanning. Gabriela en Lucas waren ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd bereid om te helpen met de organisatie van boottochtjes, transfers etc. We voelden ons echt heel welkom.

De locatie is geweldig als je op zoek bent naar pure rust. Het enige kleine minpunt voor ons was dat de pousada aan de andere kant van het stadje Abraão ligt, waar juist wat meer restaurants en winkeltjes te vinden zijn.

Está en un lugar extraordinario con vista al mar, entornos muy bien cuidados. Queda cerca de la laguna verde que es ideal para hacer snorkel, en la mañana hacen un desayuno muy rico hecho por ellos mismos, jugos naturales etc. La atención es muy buena y te ayudan en todo, desde tours hasta donde puedes ir a comprar, nosotros nos tuvimos que quedar una noche más por lo espectacular del lugar, mucha tranquilidad y belleza natural. No queda más que decir que es un lugar totalmente recomendado y que si quieres una desconexión este es el lugar.

Une poussada parfaite sur tous les points

Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement merveilleux !!!!! Gabriela est vraiment très gentille bienveillante et attentionnée. La poussada est très propre et magnifique. Se lever le matin et prendre le petit déjeuner avec la vue sur l’océan est la chose qui va le plus me manquer. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons dans ce havre de paix et petit coin de paradis, c’est sûr !

Hermoso lugar y muy buenos host

La preocupación de Gabriela y Lucas, se preocupaban de cada detalle y que estuviéramos a gusto. El espacio común era muy lindo y cuidado, se preocuparon que los niños tuvieran vajilla plástica y sus puestos. El lugar es hermoso, sin duda lo recomendaría.

A veces había olor a desagüe, pero fue un detalle menor.

Tout est organisé pour passer un excellent séjour !

Très bon accueil de Gabriela et Lucas. Belle pousada joliment aménagée et décorée, au calme, située en hauteur, à 2 minutes de la plage, avec beaucoup de petits espaces pour se détendre et une grande pièce ouverte commune avec table et canapé, le tout avec une très belle vue sur la mer et le couché du soleil. Belle chambre, confortable, propre et très bien équipée, avec une belle salle de bain (douche) et un coin cuisine (plaque, réfrigérateur), et un sac de plage (avec des serviettes) et chaises de plage ! Ménage fait tous les jours et serviettes changées quotidiennement. Tout est pensé pour que nous passions un agréable séjour. Gabriela communique avant et pendant notre séjour par WhatsApp pour nous donner toutes les informations notamment pour notre arrivée en bateau. Gabriela est très présente, toujours disponible pour nous conseiller et aider, et nous orienter vers des activités (randonnées, tours en bateau). Plusieurs restaurants à proximité, et une petite superette juste à côté. Je recommande à 100 %.

Meraviglioso

Un posto meraviglioso, ideale per staccare la spina e riconnettersi con se stessi, la natura, il mondo. Camera quadrupla semplice, molto carina, curata e pulita. La zona comune (dove si fa la colazione) è il fiore all’occhiello: bellissima da vedere, accogliente, e curata, con una splendida vista sul mare e la vegetazione circostante. Acqua, té caldo e cachaça sono sempre a disposizione degli ospiti (scelta top). Gabriela e Luca sono due host fantastici: molto gentili e premurosi, ci hanno supportato per ogni nostra necessità (info logistiche più visite/tour). Colazione super con pane, torte e yogurt fatti in casa. Una delizia!

Bel endroit au calme mais chambre très rudimentaire.

L emplacement au calme . L espace restaurant pour le petit déjeuner très agréable avec une belle vue dégagée sur la mer.

Les chambres un peu trop rudimentaires ( zéro déco ) . Pas de vue depuis la chambre . Et très proche du poulailler qui peux être très sonore la nuit.

Super fijne, lieve eigenaars. Voortreffelijk ontbijt. Ruime en schone kamer. Schitterend uitzicht over de oceaan en mooie hikes in de buurt.

Enige minpuntje vonden wij dat er weinig goede en betaalbare restaurants in de buurt zitten, maar daar kan het verblijf niks aan doen. De eigenares bood overigens voor een goede prijs een heerlijke ovenschotel aan van een lokale vrouw die van koken houdt.

Un véritable havre de paix ! La maison d’hôtes est absolument charmante, avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le logement est cosy, décoré avec goût, et on s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. Le calme qui y règne permet de vraiment décrocher et se sentir immédiatement en vacances. Les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse rare, toujours disponibles et prêts à aider avec le sourire. Le petit déjeuner maison est tout simplement délicieux — chaque matin est un vrai moment de plaisir. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésitation, et où je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Hermosa experiencia, la ubicación ideal para ver los mejores atardeceres. El desayuno super rico se sirve desde una galeria hermosa con una vista espectacular, las habitaciones limpias y acojedoras.
