Loved it all

Spotlessly clean, very quiet, very comfortable bed and sitting room with basic kitchen facilities. Good location close to restaurants and the town centre. Nice little gym and pool. Would happily in a Domitys again. Breakfast a little Spartan so select lots of stuff.

An interesting stay. This is a retirement residence (2 floor high , modern buildings) which rents out small studios. All is very clean and just like a hotel with reception and breakfast room (Typical continental breakfast, basic but ok to get you going until you find a bakery!). Well appointed studio with kitchen /lounge/bedroom/bathroom/balcony. Makes you feel independent . Friendly staff and above all secure gated parking. Perfect for people on the move.

The Sortiment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and spacious bathroom and balcony. We were able to swim in the indoor pool before walking a short walk to the town centre with many restaurants and pubs. Although this is a residence for elderly people it was very welcoming to us and for 5 of us staying for around 100€ an absolute steal. Thank you!

Being a newly built building everything was still fresh and in good order. Quiet and comfortable. Very pleasant and calm at the rear of the property, a lovely balcony to sit out on. Secure and convenient car parking available.

Very new and clean building and secure car park. The rooms were exceptional, big size and very very new and clean. The swimming pool and car park were also great.

The restaurant and bar was closed and it was a Saturday night. This made finding somewhere in the town to eat dinner with two young children when we had expected to eat where we were staying.

There was a lot of dust in the wardrobe, also on the stool in the bedroom. Some items in the bathroom had not been correctly cleaned

-1). No A/C in the room, ( but in the rest of the building it is ... !!!!!!! ): it was a VERY HOT day and the maintenance person cane to the room to tell me I had ONLY a heating system. I requested a fan, and THE JUST BROUGHT ME A BOTTLE OF COLD WATER !. -2). BE AWARE. IT IS NOT A HOTEL: The building is actually a nursing home inhabited by elderly people !. ( The Booking app advertises it as a hotel ) -3). "Pet friendly" ... ?: NOT TOO MUCH. The place advertise in Booking that an extra €10 per night fee is to be paid for a pet. I WAS CHARGED €30 for only 1 night !!!!. NOBODY at the front desk spoke english, so when I asked them why they were charging me €20 in excess for my dog, they disn't give me any answer. -4). Been so close to the Port of Calais, there's a lot of british and international travelers in the area. How is it possible that NO ONE SPEAKS A SINGLE WORD OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE ?. Ifelt helpless. It is a real shame. Of corse, everyone there is a fench speaker, ( again, ONLY FRENCH language, my friends ), which is understandable since the place is in fact a NURSING HOME thought for ELDERLY FRENCH CITIZENS. They just advertise their empty studios in the Booking app for the night, meaning that, by the moment you realize that the place IS NOT A HOTEL, it's too late. And and that point you are simply stuck in there ... ).

Breakfast was ok, had a problem with the WiFi got 2 codes from reception but none of them worked, maybe the WiFi code should be allocated to each apartment

The breakfast, was ok maybe a buffet breakfast with eggs and cereal etc would have been better

Very spacious apartment, beautifully decorated, with everything you need for a stay. Reception staff were welcoming, breakfast was great and staff were also very friendly and welcoming. There was free parking right next to the hotel which was fantastic for my father who is disabled.

Le fait que ce soit intergénérationnel et les équipements et l'infrastructure neuve et de qualité.

Attention au bruit coté rue si vous n'êtes pas du côté jardin. Nous avons séjourné dans la nuit du vendredi au samedi et vers 4h du matin des jeunes on fait beaucoup de bruit en parlant très fort et en allant et venant sans arrêt en voiture. J'ai eu confirmation le matin par un personnel de l'hôtel que c'était assez récurrent.

Accueil très agréable, tant à l'arrivée qu'au petit déjeuner. Grande chambre avec kitchenette.

Goede ligging ten opzichte van stadscentrum en supermarkt. Parkeergelegenheid (privé) achter poort. Vriendelijk personeel waarbij host (Julien) tevens Engels spreekt. Schoon appartement, rustig en hondvriendelijk. We komen hier weer terug.

Logement très spacieux et agréable. Propre, très bien équipé, et emplacement parfait pour un passage au marché de noël.

L'appartement est confortable, spacieux et propre. Petit déjeuner OK, accueil sympathique. C'est calme. Nous y reviendrons probablement.

La rentrée au Parking est à revoir.Impossible de rentrer à cause de l'humidité qui neutralise l'appareil d'ouverture,.

Tout est neuf et la chambre est très grande le personnel est accueillant c’est propre et fonctionnel. C’est une maison de retraite mais je n’ai pas vu de retraités
