The apartment was very clean, modern, and well equipped. In a good location for metro access to the city centre. Whilst also being in walking distance to Milan Central train station. The host was great during our stay and we were able to message via WhatsApp for all our check in details to make it hassle free, whilst messaging throughout with any questions or queries with a quick response given.
The properties shower runs from an Eco water tap, which doesn’t produce enough hot water for two back to back showers.

The location is excellent: it takes just 5 minutes to walk to the metro station with frequent services to the rest of Milan. There are also many good restaurants in the neighborhood on the other side of the main street. The elevator is great to bring your luggage up to the top floor. The apartment is large and decorated in a cool industrial style, including nice lighting. It never felt dark inside during the day, despite there only being one window. The bed is large as well, as is the shower (with plenty of warm water). The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, and a large stove.
The apartment shows wear and tear and could use a good fix. The walls were dirty with markings (stripes, stains), especially near the bed. The clock wasn’t working anymore and the rainshower was spraying in random directions because the holes were clogging up. One side of the bed was much firmer than the other side. There were only two sets of plates, glasses etc, which meant we had to wash up almost daily. We used the dishwasher once: when we returned from the city the door of the dishwasher was open and a significant amount of water had flooded the floor. We cleaned it up ourselves after the owner did not respond to my message (or at all, after we had arrived on the first day). The dishwasher must be malfunctioning considering that it only turns on after it is fully closed. There was a weird smell after we got back every evening. The AC/heater made a lot of noise and could therefore not be used during the night. We visited during the Olympic Games (2026) and because of that, the price of the apartment was over 3 times the regular price during tourist season. I understand that prices go up during high demand, but there was nothing in the apartment that justified this high price. For over 350 euros a night you would expect things like good soap in the shower (it was just a random clear bottle), some bottled water, or just a well cleaned and functioning apartment. It is definitely not worth the higher price and we left disappointed. The key to the elevator was not present when we arrived. Even though we arrived after 3 pm, the room wasn’t ready and the cleaning crew was still working (and had taken the elevator key). We could hear the neighbors arguing and playing music, though fortunately they stopped during the night.
