La posizione ottima ..la strada molto silenziosa e tranquilla.
La sala poco luminosa di sera (per leggere un libro seduta sul divano ho utilizzato la torcia del telefonino).Non c’è possibilità di usare l ascensore, scale strette, anguste e buie. Le stoviglie nella cucina praticamente quasi nulle per cucinare (una pentola una padella e un colapasta). Lavastoviglie presente ma rotta. Ciliegina sulla torta lo scarico del bagno ..praticamente rotto ..lento e sopratutto con perdita di acqua 24 ore su 24 con un notevole spreco di acqua oltre che un rumore continuo. Il divano del salotto sarebbe opportuno ogni tanto lavarlo. Il letto della camera un incubo.. talmente sfondato da assumere la forma di una barca.Insomma vista la posizione top e’ davvero un peccato per il resto …ci sono moltissimi margini di miglioramento per rendere la struttura davvero accogliente e tale da giustificarne il costo.
