The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped, everything we needed. Some water, milk and other things waited for us.
The contact and check-in / -out was easy. Parking spots could be found right outside the building. A metro station was 10 minutes on foot.
It was quite warm and as far as we knew no A/C. The building and entrance didn't look very welcoming at first, but the apartment itself was great. The other inhabitants in the building were friendly and helpful.

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y las camas cómodas. El apartamento estaba limpio, y la comunicación con el dueño fue muy sencilla, además nos dejó algo para desayunar y agua
La entrada al edificio, vieja y bastante sucia. Una vez dentro del apartamento todo bien, salvo algunas hormigas que encontramos. Pero en general está muy bien
