Exceptional value - wonderful apartment

Absolutely AMAZING value for money - especially for Geneva and this part of Europe!! Located in a very central location the property is clearly an older building which has been refurbished to a very high standard. Room very comfortable and super clean. Shared bathroom which is kept meticulously clean by the host. Overall very comfortable, quiet and safe. The check in process was very simple and gaining access to the flat was super easy. Safe and secure room and local area - There is no lift because it’s clearly a historic building near to the old town and would be impossible to install one.. it’s not that much of an effort to get to the room anyway!! Genuinely loved the location - will most certainly, without a doubt will book this place again next time!

Very nice apartment, but the host was not very polite in communication.

We really liked the apartment — great location, spacious room, and everything looked just like in the photos. The place has a smart TV and all the basic amenities. Overall, a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, the experience with the host was very unpleasant. We overslept a little at check-out, and the cleaning lady arrived — we packed our things within 10 minutes. At that moment, the host called and started shouting at me, saying that I made him angry and that I had “lost respect” for him. I asked to leave my suitcase for a few hours for a fee because we had a late flight, but he, of course, refused.

The bathroom which was shared was full of airs from the other guests that was not peasant Someone did extensive cooking and strong smell of food was overwhelming in all rooms

Insects and rude host.

Location, kitchen.

First you should know it’s a 4th floor with no elevator. During the night, we experienced itching and discovered an insect in the bed, possibly a cockroach or bed bugs. The area under the sheets was also quite dirty. When I talk to the the host, he refused to change the bed sheets or offer us a different room, saying that the place was full. After insisting, the host respond on WhatsApp saying: "Im doing you a favor by switching your room, so you shouldn’t ask for more". He is obligated to provide a clean room and meet Booking’s standards.

Nothing. We left one night early and had to pay for another place elsewhere because this was so bad

Electrical sockets hanging out the wall. The room was really hot and the bed sheets were still damp. The room was not the one pictured in the booking. Was not what I wanted after a 24 hour travel day. We had planned 2 nights here but left as soon as we woke up on day one to go to a different hotel elsewhere

Bruyant et peu accueillant

Trop bruyant. Il y a 3 chambres avec cuisine et salle de bains partagés. Les touristes qui occupaient les 2 autres chambres ont fait du bruit et le soir, utilisation de la machine à laver, et le matin à 5h. Et comme l'appartement est proche de la plaine de plainpalais, il y a beaucoup de circulation. Et j'ai eu froid ( mois février).

Muito perto do centro e de todos os pontos turísticos. O fato de concederem cartão de transporte gratuito, também ajudou muito! Aquecimento em todo apartamento e cozinha super equipada. Cama confortável e boa cama. Facilidade no check in com tudo on-line.

Estar preparado para escadas, pois tivemos que subir 4 andares.. caso tenha muita mala, é preciso reconsiderar. Fora isto, tudo ótimo!!

Mauvaise surprise

Accès facile par les transports en commun. Equipement ( chambres, salle de bain, cuisine) correct.

Appartement situé au 4ème étage SANS ascenseur. Pour une âgée et de plus se déplassant avec une canne, ce n'est pas agréable d'autant plus que ce n'est pas signalé. On devrait le faire dans les documents afin d'éviter ce genre de mauvaise surprise. Merci!

ユニット共通の部屋への玄関があるが、そこへの施錠が徹底されていないため施錠されていない場合が非常に多かった。また、各ユニットの鍵は非常に安価なもので、他のユニットと共通の形状をしているのではないかと感じた。そのため、セキュリティ上の不安があったため、あまり私物をおいて出かけることができなかった。共通玄関のオートロック化、ユニットの鍵をセキュリティの高いものにする、セキュリティボックスを設置するなどの対策が望ましい。

Good room

La habitación es amplia, con espacio más que suficiente para abrir las maletas y estar cómodo. Todo estaba muy limpio. Las instalaciones son adecuadas y suficientes. Hay varias paradas de tram y bus en la calle de al frente. Una muy buena opción para una estancia corta.

Tuve que esperar casi media hora en la puerta del apartamento porque estaba cerrada, no abierta como en las instrucciones, y el host no contestaba. Sería bueno considerar poner un sistema de código para abrirla, así los huéspedes no tienen que esperar, el host no tiene que estar pendiente todo el tiempo y también se mejora la seguridad del lugar al no dejar la puerta abierta.

Bien pero baño a compartir entre 3 habitaciones y en nuestro caso entre 6 personas

Localización. Habitación con ventana amplia y ventilación. Espaciosa. Cocina con utensilios para cocinar, té y café en polvo. Nevera de uso común y privada.

Baño sin ventilación y compartido con otras 2 habitaciones (otras 4 personas).

Die Lage ist gut, alles andere im Bestfall durchschnittlich. Ich kanne s nicht empfehlen.

Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig und spatanisch eingerichtet. Für einen Tag mag es vielleicht reichen, aber mehr auch nicht.

Centraal gelegen en de faciliteiten zijn ook prima.

Het enige kleine nadeel vond ik, dat de sloten veel geluid maakten. Dat is niet zo fijn voor de anderen in het verblijf.
