Perfect base to explore Geneva and beyond

Hotel was great location airport bus 23 stopped outside and trams over the road. Free travel pass given for whole time we were there sorted by Hotel day before so even able to use from airport then fully utilised trams, eater taxis etc which made visit perfect. Hotel is perfect for this kind of break very clean, comfortable, modern and staff were always happy to help. Definitely recommend staying here it's a few tram stops to Lake and centre and they are very regular. Also shopping centre right next to it with Lidel and Aldi etc if you want to buy essentials for day trips.

Can't think of any negatives remember Swiss electrical sockets are different from.other European but fortunately we could buy an adapter at reception

- Friendly and helpful staff - Cozy room - Good view (at least from the room i had) - Super convenient transport connection, both with the city and the airport - Clean facilities, clean room - The location is quite picturesque - there’s a supermarket nearby which is very convenient

- I expected more variety of food at breakfast (BUT the food they had was good! So consider breakfast anyway, it’s very convenient) - AC wasn’t strong enough to my taste (but it wasn’t to an uncomfortable extent) - Front desk needs more people, the staff does their best but in my opinion they need more people attending customers to reduce waiting times and possible queues. These are just things that could be improved, overall it’s definitely a hotel to consider for your stay.

The two male staff that recieved me on friday afternoon were very kind and hospitable. The female staff were also great.Outstanding were the two men that worked all day on friday.

Domestic could not communicate in English but the women cleaners were kind. Kitchen staff espcially the tall man that was marking people in for breakfast was very abrupt and intimidating.He really need to calm his face and be friendly. He was supposed to station himself to register people in as the come in for breakfast and not walk up to you when you are eating to disturb by asking rudely your room number without even saying goodmorning. Teach him courtsy please.

Great for budget travel, very comfortable and clean.

Honestly everything was just amazing! From the moment we booked, I got very clear instructions on how to get there as well as free public transport tickets (amazing since everything is VERY expensive in Switzerland so it helps a lot). The location was perfect - a 20 min bus ride from the airport and a 5 min trolley ride from the city center, quiet neighborhood, supermarket, cafes and shops nearby. The staff were super nice and helpful, the room was quite nice and very clean. The bathroom was cool, somehow had a yacht vibe haha. Also the soundproofing in this hotel is incredible, you can’t hear a thing while in your room.

The window doesn’t open and there’s no little fridge in the room :(

Good location for a Geneva break

Location is pretty good, transport links into Geneva are easy, some nice shops locally too. The breakfast was tasty and kept us full for the day. Staff were all lovely to us, so thank you

Pillows were not the best, hairdryer was awful, USB sockets in the room didn't work and it's a shame there was no kettle in the room or safe.

The room was more than adequate. This is not a luxury hotel but it is great value for money. It was clean with friendly staff and the breakfast had everything you would need. Public transport was just outside with easy access to the town centre and the airport.

It is a stable place for us when we have work in Petit-Lancy or La Praille.

We usually went for the IBIS budget, but it is worth investing the 10% difference. The room feels more like a hotel and not like a youth club stay :)

Pricing wise it is still a bummer, but it is Switzerland.

I really want to recommend this hotel to my friend going to Switzerland.

The room is small but clean. As it is on the third floor, it has a great view of mountain. The breakfast is very good. I love it. They have fruits, coffee, croissant, ham, orange juice, etc.. It was great. The transportation is fine, no matter to the center of city or to the airport.

My plug stuck in the sink for one night, but after I mentioned it to the hotel, the problem was solved quickly. The smell in the corridor is not that good, but the room is fine.
