Great place to stay!

Lovely place to stay. Clean, quiet, comfortable and everything provided. Thia was a great host, he even set us up with the city transport pass which made getting to and from the apartment so easy. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Dodgy person, place is fine if you can find its proper address (its not the listed one).

The landlord doesnt give accurate location for the rental and had to ask after several hours after check-in on how to retrieve the key (see chat conversations in booking.com). There was no mention of a transport card at all.

Ideally located for exploring Geneva

Well located within a short tram ride to the UN, Lake Geneva, and Cornavin, the property is ideally situated for exploring Geneva and the surrounding areas. Thia is a wonderful and thoughtful host, and it was very considerate to arrange our Geneva Travel Cards prior to our arrival, allowing us free public transportation within the city. The accommodation is well equipped, with a functional kitchen that includes utensils and cutlery, making it ideal for preparing meals if you wish.

Great if you're happy to share bathroom/kitchen to be in quite central Geneva for reasonable price!

Great location - very close to "downtown Geneva". Thia is a lovely host. The check in and out all ran smoothly, and the room was as described in Booking.com. It was a work trip for me and I had what I needed with a desk to work at and good wifi, together with a comfortable bed and the shared bathroom and kitchen.

Nothing much to complain about but there could have been better provision for wardrobe hanging in the room.

Peaceful and quiet. The host Thia, went out of his way to make my stay so comfortable! From picking me from the bus station, free transport ticket within Geneva. Well equipped kitchen, free tea and milk etc. timely communication. Comfortable clean bed and linens. It felt like home. God bless you Thia.

Hospitality like you rarely find0 I'll

I have stayed in numerous apartments in Geneva but this was by far the best I've been to. The host was super friendly and welcoming, the first time I had this in the city. The apartment is perfectly located when coming to a work meeting with one of the UN agencies, calm neighborhood at night and still close enough to the city center. Hope there is room available the next time I come to Geneva!

Stylish, reasonably priced apartment in walking distance from the city centre

The price and location in Geneva is one of the best anyone can find in this price category, we wanted to travel on a budget so this was perfect. Also the host can provide you with public transport tickets, you just need to ask for it in advance, this helped us save even more money. The whole apartment feels like a home with great decor elements all around. The host was super kind and welcoming, we could even use the milk in the fridge for coffee.

Before traveling the setup was a bit confusing to me: so there are 3 rooms, 2 for guests and 1 for the owner. When we were there it was 5 of us there in total, what I didn't like was the fact that every room opens to the same place where the floor was creaky. We felt bad when we went out the room in the night or woke up early because you could hear the footsteps and the doors to your room. Make sure to take earplugs with you if you are sensitive to noises as well.

The Geneva convention 😃

For a solo traveller with the sole purpose of having a bed for the night in an above average cost of living city , this ticked all the boxes for me but especially price . For this reason I was happy to stay in a room on a large sofa bed facing the street with no curtain to draw for privacy . I knew I was sharing a bathroom and that was fine , and I was grateful for the use of the kitchen to make teas and keep food in the fridge . You get what you pay for and despite the draw backs I don’t think I could have improved my stay elsewhere unless I was doubling the price . So Thankyou thia for giving me the opportunity to see Geneva and not pricing me out of the equation. You along with easy jet are the only reasons I could afford to visit your wonderful city

The place was clean and close to the water, walking distance to the main town. It was a room in a shared apartment so was quite pricey to not have your own space. We only stayed one night and arrived quite late. It did have a kitchen and washing machine that could be used.

Comfortable bed in a great location

Thia's place is in an excellent location right near a tram stop and a few minutes walk from Perle du Lac park and the M4 Mouette for a cheap ferry across lake Geneva. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Although I didn't cook, it was great to have access to the full kitchen to make breakfast and enjoy the tea & coffee. Although I didn't meet Thia, he was a super lovely and responsive host.

The floorboards were loud and squeaky so I was conscious of disturbing the other guests every time I walked around. There's no curtain or blind on the bedroom window which made it hard to sleep past 6am and it didn't feel very private. The front door lock Is a little tricky to figure out at first but it's fine once you figure out each lock needs to be turned multiple times (it would be great to get clearer instructions about that at check-in Thia 😊)

Superb

Lovely place in a good, well maintained building. Isaac was charming, and kindly agreed to let me in early the morning of my arrival to drop my luggage off for storage. The location is good, you can walk to the city centre in half an hour. Everything is taken good care of, the shower, the restrooms, the entire place gives you good vibes. I'm 1m75cm, the bed was exactly the right length for me (though I can imagine it might be uncomfortable for someone taller). The acoustics are normal as to be expected in a shared apartment. Good experience overall, would definitely stay again.

In the afternoon, the sun is coming straight through the window. The only was you can lower the shades is if you close the window first.
