Location absolutely lovely. Very quiet and peaceful.

The windows in the main bedroom didn’t open.

This is a beautiful cottage in an ideal location in Hope with footpaths very close by. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was modern with spacious shower. Kitchen was well equipped and there were TVs in most rooms.

We didn't receive a welcome basket as pictured on the listing. The fridge was turned off when we arrived and it took me a while to realize this. Wifi was pretty poor, I don't think it would have coped with video calls. We did notice a bit of a dog-like odor in the downstairs areas since they do allow pets to stay. Could have done with more toilet roll too, we were only left 2 rolls for the week.

Fantastic location in walking distance of local shops and pubs, and of walks to local hills, caverns, river etc. Close to bus stop and Hope train station. Cosy cottage with comfy beds, hot shower and well stocked kitchen (with utensils). Clean and warm. Loved looking out of the bedroom over the old stone bridge and the river Noe at the bottom of the yard area. Nicely maintained garden at the front of the house. .

Nothing in particular- I guess I would have preferred some lamps in the lounge but that's very minor. There is a bit of a drop down step between the main bedroom and bathroom but as long as you remember it's there it's fine.
