I was there for 11 nights and they didn't change my sheets once. I tried doing laundry but it was only available from 5pm onwards and there was only one machine which was always being used. It was tough to sit around waiting to do laundry when I would rather be enjoying the city.

DISCRIMINATORY PROPERTY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is a formal complaint regarding an incident at this property at approximately 3:00 a.m., when security staff refused a registered guest access to the hotel. This conduct was discriminatory, degrading, and completely unacceptable. Denying a paying guest entry in the middle of the night is an operational failure and a serious breach of basic duty of care. Management’s subsequent apology was superficial and inadequate, showing a lack of accountability and respect for the gravity of the incident. I expect a written explanation, confirmation of corrective and disciplinary actions, and appropriate retribution commensurate with the severity of this failure. This incident reflects extremely poorly on your organization and warrants immediate escalation.

Location was handy to Parque Chapultepec and Museo de Anthropologie . Quiet. Lights supplied beside bed. Top floor patio was a bonus.

It's as advertised, but I wouldn't stay there again

I was a solo female traveler visiting Mexico City for the first time over Christmas. The bed was comfortable. I found it to be on the medium plush side, meaning it was soft enough for me, but there was still some support. There was a small kitchen with a fridge, stove, and hot water pot for making tea. It was fully stocked with two of everything: plates, bowls, silverware, cups, mugs, sponge, soap. They provided two beautifully decorated Christmas cookies and a small bottle of water. For the most part, it was a quiet location (except when the security guard started listening to his shows too loud and it echoed into my apartment, but that was only once). There were curtains… not quite blackout, but pretty good. Great lights, with controls for everything from the main side of the bed. I had the deluxe queen studio which had a closet by the bed where I could lay my suitcase inside, two chairs, and a nice sized bathroom. Unlike some reviewers, I never had a problem with the shower. I was nervous because so many said the showers went hot/cold/scalding, but I never had that experience. I turned only the hot water on. It took a few minutes before it ran warm and it stayed that way for the shower. The security guards were friendly, but didn’t speak English (that’s okay, I’m a visitor). From the street, you enter the apartment’s courtyard with a code using an electronic lock. Each apartment has an electronic lock on the door handle that was a little finicky, but you just need to take your time. The roof had a nice sitting area. I could see some exercise machines in a room, but wasn’t told about it, so don’t know if it’s available for visitors. I was also told that there are washing machines available at certain times to guests. I didn’t stay long enough to need to wash my clothes. The neighborhood was very quiet during my time. I was told it’s near the business district which empties out during the holidays.

Many of the screws are loose in your window latches. Otherwise, the big downside of this place was the poor communication in advance of my stay. On the listing, it says you can text them. That number doesn’t work. I emailed them a few days in advance and heard nothing. I texted the number and heard nothing. I WhatsApped them and heard nothing. About 24 hours before I was supposed to be there, I FINALLY got a WhatsApp from an auto-bot telling me I WOULD hear from someone eventually. About 20 hours in advance, I hear from Jon via WhatsApp that he’s my host. We have a convo in Spanish. When I land, I STILL don’t have any checkin information but I let him know I’m working my way through immigration services. THEN, he finally sends me all the information to check in. Why the wait!? It’s stressful to travel to a foreign country. Everything is automatic and there are electronic locks. I ended up leaving Mexico City a couple days in advance. When I was waiting on the sidewalk for my uber, the security guard and some other staff member asked me whether I was leaving early and what my apt was (in Spanish). Lo and behold, Jon texts me. IN ENGLISH. Why? I’ve been google translating the whole time so I could speak back and forth in Spanish. Why, when I’m leaving early is Jon finally texting in English? It would have been so kind to give me instructions in English to make me feel welcome. Asking why I’m leaving in English just felt like a slap in the face when I’ve been writing to him in Spanish. And it was so hard to get the hosts to communicate at all.

Rooms are very small and bed also, not cleaned proper also see small animals. Last night all the night until next morning no water at wash rooms or complete apartment we suffer alot this. No parking available for this place you can park at street on your risk and also need to pay.

A hidden gem!

What a big surprise this place was. Comfortable bed, spacious room, and bathroom. This place is just two blocks from Paseo de la Reforma (great location), and it is surrounded with restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay here again.

Apartment with a modern touch, very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We were 3 in the apartment and there were some glasses missing, so they brought enough for the 3 of us.

La comunicación fue excelente, llegamos bien al lugar. Quedaba en el primer piso, el lugar estaba muy limpio. Es amplio. Tiene tele grande. En el living se podía abrir el sofá cama. Habitaciones y baños amplios. Tenían suficientes toallas, shampoo, jabón de cuerpo y en la cocina había detergente para lavar los platos. Basurero grande para botar todo. Luces y ambientación muy buena. Tenía una pequeña terraza.

No pudimos regular bien el agua de la ducha.

La ubicación es excelente, el edificio está bien, las instrucciones para entrar muy claras, el café q venden a lado delicioso y en general si lo recomiendo. Hay detallitos q pueden mejorar pero no por ello dejaría de quedarme ahí.

Fue complicado regular el agua caliente para bañarnos, o salía hirviendo o helada y también el primer día se fundió el foco del lavabo, muy importante para poder maquillarnos y nos dijeron que al día siguiente lo cambiaban pero nunca fue nadie a hacerlo. Y otro punto, tienen secadora para el cabello pero no hay conexión donde está el espejo, entonces era secarte el cabello o utilizar la plancha donde no había espejo para ver cómo t estabas peinando.

我们凌晨一点多到达该住处，看门人完全不知道我们的入住房间！加上看门人完全不懂英语，兼职无法沟通。不管怎样发信打电话也无法联系到房东！和我们相同境遇的还有一家带着两岁女儿的从法国来的三口人！亏得他们会西班牙语，给我们很多帮助。凌晨四点才终于打通了房东的电话。结果给我们的的房间密码，又打不开房门！等到能睡下，已经快天亮了，整整折腾一夜！另外，他们的煤气热水器也是个问题，要么出开水，要么出冷水，对小孩子真的很危险。

Aceptaron mi reserva, se realizó el pago, pero nunca me dieron el servicio, me quedé sin alojamiento en la madrugada, jamás me respondieron en los números de contacto que se me proporcionaron, por lo que no me quedé en el lugar ya que era de madrugada y nadie me atendió y por si fuera poco, el alojamiento no quiere hacer el rembolso del pago, por el servicio que nunca se me dio, tuve que hospedarme en un hotel cercano, a ese lugar, pues como ya mencioné era de madrugada, entiendo la hora, la reserva la hice 1 hora antes de llegar al lugar, en su caso, sino estaban en ese sitio, no debieron aceptarla, y si la aceptaron y no brindaron el servicio, considero, debieron haber regresado el costo de algo que jamás se brindó.

la decoración limpieza de la habitaciòn la hace muy agradable. es pequeña pero lo suficientemente comoda para 3 personas. el acceso fue muy facil con los codigos tanto de la habitaciòn como de la puerta principal, con el plus de tener un guardia 24/7 en el acceso del edificio

el calentador es dficil de regular el agua sale o muy caliente o helada. ademas hace mucho ruido cada vez que se enciende. nos dejaron solo una botellita pequeña de agua para una reserva de 3 personas por 3 noches. es un detalle pero es algo que se podria mejorar. ya sabia que no hay ascensor pero hay que decir tambien que las escaleras son muy estrechas lo que dificulta un poco subir el equipaje.

Los espacios son pequeños pero adecuados para estar en comodidad. La ubicación es buena, es seguro al llegar de noche. Frente del hospedaje hay un Oxxo y a lado un café muy delicioso. Cerca de la Diana y la calle que va hacia el ángel, puedes llegar caminando al bosque y castillo de Chapultepec. Cerca de estaciones de metro y metrobús. Recordar que en domingo cierran ciertas vialidades principales de 06:00 am a 02:00 pm. Aprox.

Nosotros respetamos los horarios de ruidos, pero los otros huéspedes no, llegando tarde y haciendo mucho escándalo con gritos y de más. Fue un poco incómodo.
