El alojamiento tiene lo necesario para estar cómodo durante la estancia, todo estaba limpio y ordenado, el check in y check out es autónomo, mantuvimos excelente comunicación con nuestros anfitriones, totalmente recomendado.

The apartment provided everything we needed for a week's stay. Perfect if you want privacy and don't want to be in a hotel. The area had everything we needed. We were going for a morning runs in the huge Chapultepec Park. 5 min walk to the nearest metro station, 3 min walk to the nearest bus stop. Right next to the main avenue and yet tucked away in a quiet alley. Small shops and street food stalls right on our street. If you are traveling on your own, I can only recommend it! We felt very comfortable and safe there.

We were waiting 15 minutes in front of the house, messaging staff to obtain access codes, even though we wrote them a message an hour in advance. I would recommend replenishing the kitchen utensils. One mug was not enough for the two of us. We couldn't find any forks, but luckily we had our camping ones :D And yes, city noise. A certain level of noise 24/7. This is Mexico City. Bring earplugs to ensure a better sleep.

Friendly staff, great location and spacious apartment. Laundry is for free.

The ceilings are moldy as there is no ventilation in the bathroom and it’s designed to rot above your head. Water pressure in the shower is very bad. Sofa was falling apart in my apartment #5 so I had to be very cautious when landing on it. Also, WiFi was very unreliable.
