Lovely location, very close to Chapultepec Park, tube, and bus stop. The area and apartment felt safe.

The property has no window looking outside. There are 2 windows both overlooking the inside with a covered roof so there is not ventilation (just dust!) nor light. Felt like being in a cave. Also there was on going work very close with noise of drilling going on for hours every day.

The location was outstanding. The apartment was clean and the welcome bottle of water and bag of Hot Cheetos was nice.

The check-in process was completely scattered. There was no one there. When I went to enter I received no entry codes and contacting the support line was extremely unresponsive. Fortunately I was able to get the host and in the front door and he gave me a code to the apartment but unfortunately it was a key to the apartment and not a code and the only reason I was able to get into the room was that there was a person in the hallway that just happened to know where it was after calling the maid. For future bookings, a streamlined process would be of great help.

The location

First of all i booked the different room, on photos it has windows and looked better. They places me on app#6, with window overlooking the courtyard. In the Room was high humid. Also, two windows didnt lock from inside. So, i didnt feel comfortable to leave the place and leave my belongins there. Once they came to fix the window, i said that my baby is sleeping, come over later. But they never showed up. I asked to change the room to the one i actually booked, but they didnt reply. Also, one day there was a man knocking the door. He said he had reservation but no one sent him information. I felt even more uncomfortable to stay in the room with no locked windows

They were working on the top floor every day from 8 am to 5:00 pm

They don’t clean the room, they said at first every 5 days, then I asked to be clean after 5 day and they stated administration stated one a week, no clean towels or the basic. The noise from the hammering and pounding was so bad the whole time

Fantastic stay in a huge 1 bedroom appartment.

The property is in a fantastic location to walk to the park, the castle and Museums. Plenty of amazing restuarants and cafe's around. There is no reception as such. But you ring the buzzer and the ladies take you to your room and give you the codes for the main street entry and the code to your room. Just enter them on notes on your phone so yo have them handy. It's a huge, very comfirtable one bedroom apartment. The WiFi is amazing. Netlix and everything included.

Location is so good! So much good food as soon as you walk out the door. The building felt very safe at all times and had no issues getting in. Los espacios son cómodos, muy buena la cama. La ubicación es en un barrio muy tranquilo y bien conectado mediante el metro para llegar a cualquier lado. Muy linda la cafetería que está abajo.

El hospedaje es increíble y estuvimos muy cómodos. Solo para mejorar diríamos que la ducha es a veces un poco complicada para que salga agua caliente. Tuvimos que probar varias veces algunas noches y tras algunos intentos de abrir y cerrar lo logramos.

De ligging dichtbij Reforma was geweldig. En naast een leuk restaurantje Eno waar je goed kunt ontbijten en lunchen.

La ubicación es fantástica, tene todo cerca (incluido el bosque de Chapultepec), el sector es súper agradable y encuentras de todo (restaurantes, cafés, tiendas, ropa, casas de cambio, farmacias, etc). El apartamento es muy cómodo, ventilado y lindo, dan ganas de quedarse, la cocina tiene lo básico, pero está completa y todo en buen estado, los muebles son cómodos y bonitos. Los anfitriones muy atentos a las solicitudes. Me sentí muy cómoda y segura aquí. Me gustó mucho este hospedaje.

En las mañanas, muy temprano (6:30am), el restaurante de abajo hace demasiado ruido mientras abren. La cama es un poco dura y las almohadas podrían mejorar. Hace falta una lámpara de mesa para el dormitorio (para poder leer, ya que el TV está afuera en la sala) o para la mesita de trabajo. Y la ducha no tiene mucha potencia. Son pequeños detalles, pero son importantes.

La chicas del aseo súper queridas, pero la administración, terribles. Nunca contestaron los teléfonos ni los mensajes, hubo un problema con la reserva de Booking y nadie respondía ni por WhatsApp, ni por el teléfono, ni por los mensajes de Booking. Fue una falta de respeto. Además, en este momento en el mismo edificio están haciendo una obra o remodelaciones, por tanto suena todo el día un taladro y herramientas lo cual dificulta trabajar desde allí. Por último, la cocina está muy mal equipada, ni siquiera tiene vasos, pocillos o cucharas.

No tiene aire acondicionado, por el clima un minisplit con deshumidificador ayudaría mucho. La cama es muy dura y algo incómoda, y el ruido del exterior se escucha mucho, y todos los días se escuchaban muchos golpes de remodelaciones todo el día, a la hora que regresaramos. No distinguí si era en el mismo edificio o en el de al lado pero sé escuchaba bastante fuerte

Buen alojamiento, pero con grandes deficiencias en la Comunicación y atención

El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Está bien equipado para una pareja y su ubicación es inmejorable. Aunque por la noche la calle puede parecer un poco oscura, la seguridad del Four Seasons enfrente brinda tranquilidad. Tiene buena iluminación y ventilación, una cocina bien equipada y un baño completo (aunque sin ventilación). Además, nos dejaron una cortesía de café, azúcar y sal, lo cual fue un buen detalle.

-La comunicación fue terrible. Desde que hicimos la reserva, escribí con algunas preguntas y tardaron más de un mes en responder. Incluso un día antes de nuestra llegada, no obtuvimos respuesta sobre la hora del check-in y solo nos contestaron casi al momento de aterrizar en la ciudad. Al llegar, no había nadie para recibirnos. Llamé, pero no respondieron hasta que, finalmente, nos contestaron por WhatsApp. El dueño (o al menos eso supongo) nos informó que la persona encargada no estaba en el edificio y llamó a Tere, quien trabaja en otro hospedaje, para que nos atendiera. Afortunadamente, ella fue muy amable y nos ayudó con el acceso a la habitación. Sin embargo hubo un error en la contraseña que no sdió de la puerta de ingreso y nuevamenete, costó mucho que nos contestaran. -Las ventanas no están insonorizadas, por lo que se escucha todo el ruido de la calle. -No hay recepción 24 horas; creo que solo hay alguien disponible de 10 a. m. a 5 p. m. Sin embargo, si la encargada está haciendo la limpieza en alguna habitación, tampoco abren, ya que no escuchan el timbre o las llamadas.
