We had a great overall stay. The apartment was beautiful, just spacious enough, well-designed, great layout, excellent amenities, and the location was beyond perfect for exploring Mexico City. The surrounding neighborhood felt extremely safe and the building security was beyond what I expected.

There were a few issues, including some inaccuracies in the listing (no balcony/patio as advertised), late-night noise from a speakeasy directly below the unit that played loud music, which made it difficult to rest—especially with early morning plans, and a power outage our first night without prior notice. Overall communication could have been more timely and transparent. One suggestion would be to provide disposable noise cancelling ear plugs for guests to combat the noise issue. That said, I really enjoyed the space itself, and with clearer communication and more accurate listing details, this would be an even better experience for future guests.
