We had an early flight and they let us leave our luggage there before check in. The workers were very nice and accommodating, and the location was very central to the activities we wanted to do. The room was comfortable and had a little kitchenette if needed. Bed was comfortable, and the blackout curtains helped with the light and sounds from the busy highway nearby.
There were some stains and marks on the comforter. We woke up one night to a bug of some sort (maybe a tick or a small cockroach) on the bed, and when trying to get rid of it, it got squished and spurted blood on the sheet. Then is when we realized the other marks on the comforter seemed to be from bug squishes. I wish we knew what it was. Other than that, the TV didn't really work well which was a bit annoying while trying to watch the World Cup.

Location was great. Very nice, safe area close to Chapultepec. Front desk staff was friendly. The apartment had most everything that one needed for a one or two night stay. Bed was comfortable.
I think the photos show better than the room itself was. It was quite small and quite dark. It also seemed dated (older flooring and decor). It was clean but the dirt caused by age showed. It was good to sleep in, but you wouldn't want to hang out there all day.

The location is very centric and close to gorgeous attractions. There are convenience stores right around the corner.
The room was quite clean. They have a friendly and helpful staff, and a daily room service (cleaning).
The price is reasonable considering the amazing location.

Due to the centric location, there is a lot of traffic noise from the street at all times. And we couldn’t keep the windows* always closed because the room itself lacks ventilation and would quickly become stuffy (as there’s no AC). *Note: I refer to the windows in the bathroom and the kitchenette only. The bedroom windows do not open.
The WiFi connection was kinda weak, and there weren’t any electrical outlets near the bed.
