L’emplacement est super. Très pratique d’avoir une place de parking / garage si près du centre-ville. Résidence calme.
Nous aurions apprécié avoir 1 ou 2 pastilles pour le lave vaisselle, tout le reste était ok :)

Garage voiture inutilisable (moto garée devant, conciergerie prévenue mais aucune action possible...) vaisselle sale dans le lave vaisselle en arrivant, balayette wc manche cassé, pas de verre à vin, balcon non balayé, vue sur la mer ??
