The house is very nice with big garden. Nice location, 20 mins walk to the center of Vannes. 10 mins to the beach. Free parking.

Sound proof between rooms was not great. The kitchen cupboards are attached to the wall of the bed room so if someone in your family is cooking, you cannot sleep.

There is a delightful calm ambience about the farmhouse, the garden, yet close to Vannes.

We self catered. The kitchen facilities were excellent, with a microwave, and lots of hot water.

Philipe told us he was improving the bed, and we would agree that that needs doing.

No conventional oven, in an otherwise well equipped kitchen, only a microwave and hob. Limits what can be cooked we managed in our short stay but could be a problem on a longer stay.

The peaceful and relaxing surroundings, watching the hens! It was really handy to get into Vannes. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished and well equipped. Friendly and helpful owners next door.
