About this apartment rental
Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming 110 m² duplex flat for rent, ideally situated right in the heart of Vannes city centre. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the top floor of a characterful building, the flat is accessed via a period staircase. Please note that there is no lift and access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso capsule coffee machine...
- 1 double bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet
On the first floor:
- A second bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
- A small mezzanine area with a two-seater sofa.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Transport:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes, 8 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 30 minutes
- The accommodation is situated on a pedestrian street, which is not accessible by car.
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)

- Pets are not permitted in the property.
Optional self-check-in: Access to the property is available from 4.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser located in a laundrette approximately 750 metres from the property. PLEASE NOTE: this laundrette closes at 9.00 pm but remains accessible 24 hours a day for our guests.

The apartment is lovely, with period features in a great location, on a street close to the port and the centre of town. Everything is close by and the apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The agency were easy to communicate with and flexible. I'd definitely recommend.

🙂 Fantastic location in old town Vannes. Spacious living area, beautiful architecture with original beams.
🙁 Creaky beds, absence of lights (although difficult in old building), main bed a bit hard. Stairs a bit of a challenge"
