VANNES Historic Centre, a fortified city, offers you many activities and walks in the heart of the city, in the gardens of the ramparts, or along the quays of the port. This bright apartment (facing south) on the 1st floor, will seduce you with its CALM, and its wooded garden. You can get around on FOOT and by BIKE: from the residence, the HIKING TRAILS and CYCLE PATHS await you, to discover the magnificent landscapes of the GULF of Morbihan, highlighting one of the most beautiful bays in the world.
ACCOMMODATION: living room with large window, giving access to the SOUTH TERRACE, corner sofa with double bed 140, flat screen TV, 1 armchair and coffee table in the living room, dining table for 4 people. KITCHEN equipped with 4 induction hobs, large oven, fridge, freezer, microwave-grill, (electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, small appliances). BEDROOM with a double bed of 140, sliding wardrobe closet, desk shelf. Bathroom/WC with WASHING LINEN WASH. ENTRANCE with sliding wardrobe cupboard. TERRACE of 11 m2 equipped with garden furniture for meals for 4 people, deckchairs. Main entrance of the secure residence. PRIVATE PARKING WITH NUMBERED SPACE. Secure bicycle room.
The day before, or a few days before the start of your stay, please give us an approximate schedule and then call us back about 2 hours before your arrival in VANNES, in order to give us time to go there to welcome you (1 hour drive).

An amount of €7 per night will be charged from November 1st to March 31st, to compensate for heating costs.

A very good flat, spacious for 2, quiet, in pleasant surroundings and well equipped. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, especially in meeting us on arrivalThe flat is about 25 to 20 mins walk from the town centre along a quiet road and the towpath beside the yacht moorings.
