Riverview Colchester

Location was perfect, space was great, more than enough for two people , facilities were nice and of good quality

More as a result of the extreme heat wave, living room window couldn’t be opened so it was quite warm in the space for a couple of days

This apartment is lovely, very clean, in a quiet area by the river so walking into town or to the castle etc was very easy. The apartment has everything you could need with a kitchen, bedroom and living room. Our host left milk and juice for us as well as coffee, tea etc. Our host was very helpful with check in and even gave us extra time on the Sunday to check out at our leisure. Very happy we stayed here and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a nice place in Colchester to stay. 5 stars 🌟

There was nothing we didn't like

The apartment was lovely and comfortable.

There were cobwebs and spiders in several rooms. I would have appreciated clarity that you have to walk along a remote/quiet path in the evenings to reach the front door.

The peace and quiet is what I was looking for and didn’t disappoint or my 2 week stay- even though it’s quite central to town. Hosts communications were great and very helpful. Would I stay again - yes for sure.

Purely my point of view ,but heating was too hot for me at times.
