Very comfy bed, easy check in. Although compact it had everything you need for a short stay. Nice touch to have cold drinks in the fridge

Very quite, easy check in, easy to find.
Temperature control in the room was an issue (unfortunately I stayed on a very hot day) but there was a gauge in the room that said it was 18 degrees - it was more like 30 degrees - however there was a fan

The bed was comfortable. ironing board, iron, hair dryer, TV and microwave was supplied also tea and coffee was available although very limited. Shower was nice with towels supplied. Car parking to the rear of the property was good and adequate.
No personal contact, Room was very small with no air conditioning which meant windows had to be open, with the room facing the road this meant traffic noise and at 3am we were exposed to someone smoking weed. In my opinion the stairs to rooms 2 to 4 (we had 4) were unsafely steep when carrying a case. The toilet was so close to the wall and an extremely large toilet roll holder we had to sit side saddle. Although a small fridge was supplied it didn't seem to chill anything.
