Great Location, Great House, Kitchen Equipment Lacking

The property is amazing, the views are spectacular, the rooms were outstanding.

The problem with advertising LUXURY VILLA is that you expect everything to be just that. Our group was more than happy with the rooms, views, beds etc. However it was all the little things that detracted from the LUXURY. I am pointing these out so that the Owner can hopefully resolve these for future, as we would certainly love to come back as a group. They were in no particular order - 1. There was no remote to be found for the TV in the main Lounge. 2. The outside lights on the decking were not working. 3. There was numerous bulbs out within the inside of the property. 4. I had to call the Owner to let him know that we did not have enough cutlery for our group (he did send send someone round but this should not be an issue) 5. Not enough plates for a large group to be staying, we had to use the dishwasher each time after every meal. 6. Chipped cups. 7. Not enough of types of glasses, ie., enough Prosecco/Cava glasses but not enough wine glasses 8. Hot tub was not ready for our arrival and took a day to heat up All of these things were very minor it all adds up to not being LUXURY. It did not detract from our holiday.

Close enough to the port to get shopping, whilst also far away enough to be overlooking the port with a gorgeous view. Very quiet House in excellent condition and very clean. Easy get in instructions. Dogs allowed!!

This can't really be a negative as it didn't mention there was a hot tub, but there was one on site and out of commission, and this would of really been awesome to use! No other negatives!

Everything, well equipped and modern

It was mentioned 4 bathrooms but for european people is a toilet not a bathroom. So the villa has 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet. We thougt every room had a bathroom. But that is our mistake.

A great family home from home, with a tropical feel 🌴☀️

The views from this property are stunning. Well worth getting up early for the sunrise. Photos don’t do it justice with how much space there is inside and out. Less than 5 minute drive into town. If you turn left going out the street, you end up on Serpentine Road which was interesting 🤣

As mentioned in other comments, just the top shower leaking. Thankfully there is a tumble dryer to dry up the shower mat. No dishwasher tablets but we bought our own. Would have been a nice addition if the hot tub was working, but we knew this wasn’t working beforehand. Minor things that would definitely not put me off staying again.

Spacious and laid out well. 3 bedrooms of good size, 1 en-suite downstairs, 4th bedroom on top floor, en-suite. Living room, kitchen and dining room on 2bd floor which is whee you enter. Good size garden with plenty of seating.

Comfortable, spacious house in a superb location with great views.

We had a fabulous stay at Viewpoint Villa. The house was spacious and comfortable. Great views from the house and only a 45min walk into town along a nice wooded path. Thanks also for the speedy supply of dishwasher tablets, when requested.

The only negative aspects were the shower in the master bedroom on the top floor, which leaked water across the floor (the seal at the bottom of the shower door was missing), the tap in the shower would only move from hot to scalding and the bathroom door lock was very tricky, which made it difficult to unlock at times! Small issues that did not deter from our visit but thought you should be aware of.

View point villa

Wonderful location and is easy to find. It's a peaceful, quiet area with no passing traffic. Very safe for the children. The house is beautifully furnished. Spacious with a well-kept garden. Large oven and fridge freezer. Accommodation is over three floors, plenty of room for our family of 7. Amazing views

Sadly, we encountered problems that had already been highlighted in some previous reviews. Non of the terrestrial TVs were functioning. This was resolved promptly by the magament team. As was the loose stair gate and kitchen blind. The water in the house was dangerously hot. We had 2 children with us who we needed to supervise handwashing because of the water temperature. Again, the management team arranged a plumber who was able to reset the water temperature. The temperature contol on the shower in the castle room is broken. The temperature of the water could not be turned down, which made this shower particularly dangerous in combination with the exceedingly hot water. Unfortunately, this was not a problem that could be easily fixed. It is expected that the shower will need additional work. Both en-suites leak onto the tiled floor. This creates a potential slip hazard as the amount of water is not inconsequential. The castle room shower door does not close properly. Wood is rotting around the bedroom door frame, so this is not a new issue. The bath plug is disconnected from the mechanism, so it doesn't lift when trying to empty the bath. Frying pans and baking trays need reviewing. The frying pans have lost the non-stick, and the non-stick coating is coming off the baking trays. For a luxury villa, I perhaps expected more/ better cooking trays/Pyrex dishes or similar as we were cooking for a family of seven. The management company is aware of all these issues, and it is expected that all will be addressed in the near future. I can't fault the response of the management team or the tradesmen who arrived on both Friday and Saturday. Very professional and friendly. It's just a shame that quite a lot of our 4 night stay was taken up with reporting and resolving problems. But, hopefully, our experience will ensue that your visit is as amazing as the house. Fabulous place to stay!

The accommodation is outstanding. We were a family of 6 adults and had plenty of space to be together or apart. The views are spectacular and the house has everything you need.

Nothing major. A minor concern was that the shower door in the upper bathroom leaked, and there is slight damage to the skirting board between the ensuite and bedroom. We tried to rush our shower time to avoid causing more damage.

A wonderful villa with fantastic views and high quality fittings and fixtures. High quality interior design and spacious rooms.

A few snags: master en-suite shower leaked and closet light didn’t work. Light above kitchen table didn’t work and curtain coming off the rail in the lounge.
