Spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen.
The heating was poor, some radiators not working. Hot water aso had issues. The stairs are precarious for taller people and young children.

Location was great for Edgbaston cricket ground & for bus into city centre
The whole property needed tlc, a deep clean & some updating. The photos were obviously taken sometime ago.
