They would not give us any info on address or key lock until I gave them my card details for the Damage deposit, I had no WiFi so had to carry our bags to a bar to get WiFi. This could have been sorted before I left the UK, I even messaged to ask about the deposit before I left the UK.
Bathroom needs updating , shower and bath very dated and small.
