The small rooms but we were aware of their size when booking.

The property was conveniently located to so many things. The staff was outstanding.

The rooms are small. We traveled with carry on bags so the two of us could put them on the desk, but there is barely room for large bags if there are two of you.

Bathrooms were tiny but understand that is something that can’t be changed.

Great location and we liked that three of us could stay in one room. The citrus water in reception was useful for filling our water bottles. Good views if you request a high-floor room overlooking the pool. The lifts are fast The pillows were comfortable. The TV has Prime and Disney+ if you have your own accounts. The air conditioning was fixed when we reported the problem. The MRT is fast, cheap and easy to use. We found it better than Grab, as drivers often cancelled. Taxis are too expensive. I think people only book this hotel because of the location but their transport MRT system is so good, anywhere in Singapore is a good location. This hotel is too expensive for what they offer.

Insanely expensive for what it is. I paid $533 AUD a night for three of us to stay in the same room, which was only about 20m². The breakfast restaurant isn’t set up for the capacity of the hotel, with not enough seating. Breakfast also doesn’t have many vegetarian or healthy options, and there was never any fruit unless we asked for it to be replenished. The breakfast staff weren’t very friendly either. The bathroom is tiny and difficult to move around in, and there’s only one bedside table despite the room being set up for three people. Housekeeping just do a general tidy up every day and don’t clean the bathroom. I left my Apple AirPods in the room and remembered on the way to the airport. I contacted the hotel to ask if they could post them back to me, but they said I had to organise my own courier and didn’t offer a postage service. The hotel also wasn’t responsive to emails. I did finally manage to get through on the phone and spoke to somebody that had very limited English and when I asked to speak to a manager they just ignored me and I ended up getting cut off from the call. I wouldn’t stay here unless you can afford a balcony room, as the standard room feels quite claustrophobic because it’s so small. There’s also only one chair on the balcony, which is a shame because there’s a nice view and enough room for more chairs. We only stayed here because you can fit three people in one room. Otherwise, I think there are probably much better options in Singapore.
