The location was good and the hosts were very responsive. The area surrounding was also quite good with easy access to the city and Durbanville
We were required to pay R1000 deposit which I found slightly strange and they required a copy of all of our ID’s which made me worry about the quality of the previous guests. The place was also not as clean as I expected, the carpets and floors were dusty, there were toenail clippings on the side of the one bed and there was also a piece of gum stuck to the underside of the lamp in the bedroom. There was no hand wash in the one bathroom, and there were no dishwasher tablets provided at check in. The bath mats and the blankets also required a wash.
