Апартаментът е достатъчно просторен, изцяло непреходен. Вложено е много в него, има абсолютно всичко необходимо за нормален престой, независимо от продължителността му. Обърнато е внимание на детайлите, вероятно е ползван дизайнер. Хигиената е на изключително високо ниво, без никакви забележки, чак невероятно. Местоположението е лесно достъпно от различни посоки, има достатъчно място за паркиране до сградата. Близо е и Кауфланд.
Вероятно поради конструктивни особености на сградата, когато съседите отдолу готвят, във всекидневната се усеща миризмата. Няма друго, което мога да посоча като минус.
