We stayed for 5 days at the property and in our opinion it was exceptional, it exceeded all our expectations. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and lots of facilities, designed specifically for families with small children. The hosts were very pleasant and responsive. The property is in a close proximity to Kaufland supermarket.

Excellent place for families!

Great place for families with small children. A fifteen minutes walk from the city centre. Free parking outside. Good garden with a small playground for kids

Great stay with little ones

The place was really really clean which is very important for people with little children. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen fully equipped and the owners very friendly. Everything was great and we were even welcomed with some coffee and candies. And not to forget the nice children playground where one can sit and have some minutes to enjoy a drink while the children are playing around. We had a parking place for our stay which was also super.

A car is needed to get to the city center but we were aware so it was not a problem.

The house is very clean and well maintained. There is also a backyard where the kids can play. Hosts are also very friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

great value for money, very clean, very comfortable, very welcoming.

First of all, the host was wonderful, very helpful, very friendly, a very nice guy all around. Then, the property. The apartment was very spatious, bedrooms separated by more than a wall, the bathroom has a huge boiler for hot water, all the rooms have air conditioning for heating or cooling and all rooms have TVs. Kitchen had great amenities, the beds were comfy, the whole place was spotless, it had a washing machine as well, everything was amazing.

The wall paint is like sandpaper, I accidentally bumped my shoulder on the wall and it hurt. The TVs are not smart TVs, which is a shame because no netflix or youtube. Would have been nice, but we only stayed for 1 night so we didn't have time to watch TV anyway.

Very, very clean! It is one of the cleanest apartments we stayed in. Everything is new and clean, very spacious. Very friendly host! Very good choice for staying with kids.

Excelent

The host was very nice and responsive. Great location especially if you want to travel to Greece and want to make a stop near the border. Big room with everything you need, they waited for us with cold water, snacks and cofee. Also great playground for the our kid (1 year and a half). We recommend it and 100% we will book here again.

Great for a weekend get away

Kalinovi’s place was awesome - clean and spacious rooms, the back yard is a huge bonus if you travel with kids! The owners were very friendly and they gave us some good recommendations for local day trips in the area. We totally recommend this place and will be back if in the area.

Very comfortable, spacious and well-equipped accommodation. You have almost everything what you need every day at home. The host/hosts are very friendly and helpful. Next to accommodation (about 50m) there is a "square" where you can park yuor car quite easily what is rather hard to find in Sandanski. I can recommend with a clear conscience. It was pleasure to stay here. All the best for the hosts :)

For the particular persons the view from the windows may constitute some small drawback. But this is only "cosmetic" minus.
