Need better maintenance, still good value for money

It's my third time at the place and I still like the terrace. The sheets were clean and smelled nice. There was a hairdryer this time It is perfect value for money

When we entered the room there was a smell in the room of old people. We keep the door open most of the time.

Everything was great. For those wondering about parking, we parked outside next to the block.

This place is very clean and tidy, with air conditioning, a fridge, and everything else you need. The spacious bed is also very big, and there’s a large balcony.

The position of the AC is just in front of your bed so basically you can't sleep while it is working. Combined with the last floor and the heated roof - the temperature in summer is about 30C over the night. Missing sun loungers at the balcony.

The apartment was clean, had a huge balcony with views and the location is great, there is a place were you can park your car and also a shop right next to the entrance of the building.

It’s a bit small and the air conditioning unit is facing right at the bed. Because is at the last floor it gets quite hot inside.

Ideal base for a few days

Super modern studio. Great wet-room bathroom. Nice terrace with views. Very comfortable bed. Good communication with owner. Perfect location for visiting Sandanski, easy to get away by car for excursions to Melnik, Petrich, etc.

Needs bedside lights, you have to get out of bed to turn the main light off/on. Slow internet but that's common in Bulgaria. Might be nice to have a washing machine for longer stays.

Perfect choice for a short stay during cold months

It is clean and confortable for a short stay. We switch on the air conditioner and it got hot very fast, because the apartment is very small. We receive instructions by the host for the keys, so the arrival time was not a problem. The apartment is on the 5th floor, with an elevator. It is small and it's not very comfortable for a long stay (in my opinion).

There is no hair dryer, and there was no parking spot next to the building but you can park on the streat.. The terrace was not clean and full with leaves but it has one. The air conditioning and the water heater were off when we arrived

Nice apartment by the park

This is a nice apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. It is a new building; the balcony is huge with a view of forests. Really serene and quiet. The hostess was great and parking outside of the property is easy and free. Check in and out was super easy because you can take and return the key yourself.

Wifi was so bad that we could not use it at all. The shower was a big awkward because it is kind of on top of the toilet, so everything gets wet, but it is all new and nicely designed so it is doable.
