Къщата се намира на тиха улица и много лесно се намира с навигация. Има табели и лесен достъп. Паркирането отпред на улицата е свободно. Апартаментът е просторен, много чист и има всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Има кафемашина с капсули, чай, мед.... Отпред има площадка с масичка, където може да се излезе за кафе и цигара. Има налични хавлии и козметика за баня. Собственикът беше много мил и подробно ни обясни как да се настаним. Препоръчвам и давам най- висока оценка.
Единственото, което е недостатък е, че липсва отоплителен уред в спалнята, но при по- топло време не е проблем.
