The location was very good though you do need earplugs for the traffic noise.

The shower head was broken so the shower was very difficult to use. There were 5 bulbs either missing or blown from various areas in the apartment. So there was limited lighting in areas. So light switches were damaged and kept shorting out. The hair dryer was so old it sparked when I tried to use it. The ovens dial were completely rubbed off so you had no idea what setting it was on. The fry pan had the teflon coating coming away and therefore making it completely unsafe to use. It took two of us to open any of the sliding doors. For what we paid for the property it was unsafe and didn’t even provide the basic fundamentals I.e. lighting, cooking and showering.

Location to Beach

Run down and dirty blue sofas in lounge, rusty clothes horse, no surfaces properly cleaned and smelly toilet with an old yellow stained toilet seat. This two bedroom flat needs an upgrade and not worth what you pay!!
