Step outside and enjoy the fully fenced yard, ideal for children and pets, with garden outdoor dining and a BBQ for memorable alfresco meals under the stars. An undercover balcony features a comfortable outdoor lounge and dining setting, perfect for morning coffees or evening drinks.
Just a short drive away, the vibrant Mooloolaba Esplanade awaits, with its popular cafés, restaurants and specialty stores. Be sure to visit the Sunset Markets held on the first and third Saturdays of each month, and of course spend your days soaking up the sun at the stunning Mooloolaba Beach. * For longer stays (more than 14 days) guests must agree to pay the cleaning cost for our cleaner to come every 14 days of your stay. This includes cleaning the property, changing over all the linen, and topping up consumables. Please don`t hesitate to contact us if you have any queries regarding this. The additional cleaning fees will be added to your booking.
* Be conscientious of our neighbours and please ensure that you leave the property neat and tidy prior to departure, including the removal of all rubbish.
*This property is Dog friendly - not suited to cats.
